A worthy follow-up to the first game. Though there are elements I preferred in the first game (food system, some guns and weirdly enough, enemies - missing Sliders here), I certainly don't miss cleaning each gun magazine separately, and the map of the 2 look just beautiful and spacious (even though my laptop barely runs it at medium graphics). Certainly recommend completing it together with the first game; one of the best immersive VR experiences, especially if you like looting, planning, and fighting creepy-sounding enemies in the dark while manually reloading the last shells in your shotgun.
Fantastic game, has some jank and bugs but overall really good atmosphere, amazing immersion and awesome weapon system.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I’ve been on VR since the HTC Vive and have more than 180 VR games on Steam alone, and this is easily one of the best. The atmosphere is even better than the first game, and the shooting mechanics have improved a lot. The weapon modularity and store system, combined with the shooting range, make the progression very rewarding and motivate you to earn credits and unlock new gear. The nights are truly dark, so you have to plan and equip yourself accordingly. Of course, there are some improvements to be made. Performance could be better (for those using Oculus Link, I suggest trying Steam Link, since I noticed significantly better performance). It would also be nice if mimics dropped some equipment to reward the effort and expense of facing large groups. Also, some people seem to dislike Lauri; I personally don't see the problem, though I confess I found the companion from the first game to be less intrusive and enjoyed the less direct, more mysterious approach.
This game is like 90% fiddling around with needlessly clumsy busy work, reloading and inventory management. Be warned, if you dont like that sort of stuff, you will be dissapointed and irritated
Best VR stalker like game. Weapon customization system is great, gives a nice progression and many choices help find you what you like the most. Locomotion can be clunky but compared to other VR titles it handles it good enough.
Great survival horror open world. - Best weapon customization in a vr game - Sadly they didnt have the time or funds to complete the game, the maps feel a bit smaller compared to the last game.
its really cool with mods and is fun with friends but laggy and my game freezes once in a while
I don't know what you did with this game in the past half year. The Hands are broken, your stupid tutorial is broken, i have no idea what i am supposed to do, you throw me into the radius naked with nothing and expect me to do what exactly? this game was so much fun before 1.0, no idea why you thought all this ♥♥♥♥ was neccessary. fix your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.
Stalker vibes in VR, what's not to love? It also helps that this is one of the few VR games that feels like its really realized a good gameplay loop without relying on a roguelike structure to smooth things out, nothing else feels quite as satisfying as limping back to base after a long trek and going through your new loot pool and weapon maintenance cycle.
Waited for the 1.0 release but co op still feels buggy and the gameplay itself just feels boring. Maybe it gets better, but it just feels like most of the game is avoiding invisible obstacles and collecting trinkets. I wouldn't really call this tense or enjoyable in any way, especially when a lot of the features don't work correctly. Throwing a mento or whatever they are in front of me to see the path is safe and anomoly free just to walk forward and die immeditely is just annoying
