I played “Impostor Factory” after “Finding Paradise”, so I was already expecting another emotional story from Freebird Games. And honestly, this game surprised me. It feels very different from “To the Moon” and “Finding Paradise”, but it still manages to deliver a really interesting story. Just like the previous games, there isn't much gameplay here. You explore the environments, interact with objects, and solve some very simple puzzles. The gameplay is basically there to move the story forward, and I think that's completely fine for this kind of game. It is also a little more interactive than “Finding Paradise”, which I appreciated. The soundtrack is once again really good. It fits the atmosphere of the game very well, especially during the more emotional and mysterious moments. I still prefer the soundtrack from “To the Moon”, but “Impostor Factory” has some great tracks of its own. As for the story itself, I really enjoyed it. This game is much more focused on mystery and science fiction than the previous games. It starts out in a very strange way, and as you learn more about what is happening, things start to make more sense. I also really liked the characters, especially how the game balances the more serious moments with some funny ones. I think the biggest difference between this game and the previous ones is that I didn't know where the story was going. With “Finding Paradise”, I already had a good idea of what kind of story I was going to get, but “Impostor Factory” kept me curious for most of the game. For the 100% achievements, there's not much to worry about. There is only one achievement and to get it you only have to beat the game. In the end, “Impostor Factory” is another great game from Freebird Games. It doesn't have the same impact as “To the Moon” for me, but I really enjoyed its different approach to storytelling. If you enjoyed the previous games, I definitely recommend it.

Non so nemmeno descrivere le sensazioni provate dopo averlo finito. Semplicemente stupendo.

Just play it. Narrative is peak, Plot is peak, Music/soundtrack is peak, Characters are peak. By the way, the franchise's order is To the Moon, Finding Paradise, Impostor Factory, but the order you play doesn't really matter, it was masterfully put so that you understand no matter the order. Matter of fact, this was my entry to the series.
