A great game that is in EARLY ACCESS. If you're looking for a full fledged out game, this isn't it (yet). The game is really fun, but also has a pretty large skill gap that might not be for everyone. The game as of now is getting a BUNCH of updates.

Hoping for chain-dash soon, tbh game is getting better with updates but we need hell lot of a updates!
First time playing and it’s actually better than I expected. Some rough edges and balancing quirks, but ok for EA. If they keep at it, this could turn into something great.
Jesus Christ this game is ♥♥♥♥. Think of a weird chimera of Fortnite, Botw and Hiperlight Drifter, but without my Fortnite firends to play with because no one plays this ♥♥♥♥, without any of the fun mechanics of Zelda and without the gameplay and aesthetics or subtlety of hyperlight drifter. I can't believe the people who made hld, a game with such a beautiful soul, narrative and sensitivity (with fun gameplay too btw) made this boring, buggy slow uninspired ugly mess. I think there is now way to save this game the roots of it are rotten, early access or not. Also performance is not good too.
The switch to rogue-like is better. I'd like to see some more improvements to the randomly generated worlds itself and some better soundtracks when fighting or engaging with enemies. Overall, I think it's headed in a better direction. Definitely want to put emphasis on the soundtrack and maybe certain sounds because the vibe I get from this game currently is 'calm'. That's not necessarily what I would imagine if you want players to be engaged and really get into the combat fighting enemies etc.
really like this game, even tho it can be pretty tough. I have no idea how it was before the buried below update but as of now it is very fun and playable. There are a few things that kinda suck atm tho, like theres still breakers that arent in the game. The hub area is cool but there isnt really anything to do. And the difficulty can be kinda rough, but i may just need to put more time into the game. Overall its a really fun game and even in this state i definetely reccomend it, I hope the devs can put out more features and stuff asap tho
隔壁恶意不息也是前作好评如潮结果新作开局天崩最近还越更越烂了,这边HM好歹还干了点人事一直在往好的方向优化。。。
Very unenjoyable to play. The UI is entirely obfuscated and the verbiage for nearly every single aspect of the game is off. It's difficult to start off and navigating menus is uneccesarily complex. The UI is far too busy and unreadable. The gameplay is somewhat enjoyable, more often than not it's not because of the constant stuttering and frame drops. Played on a 3080 w Ryzen 5800x, 32 gb ddr4 ram @ 1080p, horrid performance for what the game visually offers regardless of the settings it's played on - boss arenas tend to stutter whenever too many effects are on screen which is a problem because the gameplay heavily relies on reacting to fast enemy attacks, especially noticable with the wolf boss that spams a sort of ball move. It's weird that Returnal, a game with several dozen times the visual fidelity, effects and enemy counts works far better than this game. The world is uninteresting to explore and most areas don't offer much in terms of exploration or interesting things to discover. Contrary to nearly every roguelite-like whatever you will the upgrades are unimaginative and uninteresting. If Risk of Rain 2 had white items only and it was open world, it would be Hyper Light Breaker. Clunky, performs poorly, not really well thought out and utterly boring at times. In fact - just play Returnal instead. Might be good in several years.
