Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.29/day in the week to Sep 2 → 6.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I want to like this but its pretty tedious. The controls are pretty awkward. Placing objects is annoying and seems to depend on your distance from where you are trying to place rather than snapping meaning underground building is a pain in the ass. if you accidentally forget to "lock" a block in place you will pick it up accidentally and then resources will immediately start piling in the way so you can't place it back down. Everything takes so long to do its more frustrating than fun and it's more of a relief than a reward completing tasks. Once you have basic automation set up the game is basically over its just waiting for resources to get slightly faster/higher tier miners. There is logic equipment you can set up but I had no motivation to do it as you have basically infinite money from the first build area. For some reason you start with a late game vehicle meaning there is never a need to use the wooden cart. you can build a dam in the river my moving dirt voxels around but it doesn't do anything for a game called "HYDROneer" there is no water physics and the pipe mechanics are very basic. Overall, the game has potential but the gameplay loop is so long it doesn't feel worth it.

Nice idea, still rough around the edges. Rating 6/10 Negatives Missing inventory system for the player, and some QoL things could be improved. Positives: No rush to do anything. Really easy to play with zero stress.
Man can't believe this thing is less than 6$ right now. Very grindy at first because you have to handle everything manually. But then you start to look at those shiny machines that will automate the chores for you. I bet it must be satisfying once you reach end game and you swim in smelted bars and polished gems. :P For the current price, it's literally stealing the devs. Go for it, you can't go wrong at this price.
DIESE STEUERUNG IST VÖLLIG GESTÖRT!!! REFUUUUUUUND bevor noch was kaputt geht
Ever wanted to play a resource gathering game where the character only has one hand and no inventory at all? Well do I have an incredibly tedious game for you!
with 55 hours on hydroneer, i recommend the game, its peacefull and fun
This game loves to just waste your time. It's a tedious nightmare because you have 0 inventory so you can only hold 1 object at a time. I gave it a fair shake and realized I wasn't having fun. Why do I have to carry my coins and put them in a bucket to buy things at a vendor and then go to another vendor across town only to realize I left my coins at the previous vendor. There's a section that you have to walk for a minute and a half each way to a vendor up and down an elevator/stairs. So you bring your coins down, pay for your stuff then bring your item up and then go back down to get your coins back. WHY!?
I thought this game would start out with a lot of busywork and then slowly get over to the automation fun. And it does...*kinda*. However, a lot of things in this games are just an annoying hassle. If you drop things, you don't drop them in front of you, but slightly to the right. While a dropshadow indicates where it lands, it's still a massive annoyance, especially because "drop things" is the #1 way of interacting with the world. You cannot, for example, place something in a crucible or on an anvil, you pick it up and drop it. You can only ever carry one thing at a time, no inventory. This includes money. This means if you go into a shop you need to carry everything out to the cart, one thing at a time. If you dropped a bunch of ores, you pick them up one at a time. And then drop them in the container you want. Which, as I said before, is on the right of the screen, not the center. And yes, some shops are VERY DEEP inside a mountain so you are running back and forth a bunch of times instead of just having an inventory. Spent a few hours with this and it was enjoyable enough, but I'm done. There is something of a game here, but it tries its hardest to be as unapproachable as possible.
I don't know if it gets better further in, but what I've played so far is so damn tedious I don't care to find out.
O jogo deixa explicito ser cooperativo, mas não diz que o único modo cooperativo é com tela dividida, enfim que diabos de jogo em 2026 usa cooperativo com somente tela DIVIDIDA
