Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

A PvE game that infuriates you like a PvE game. The game has the potential to be a very fun horde shooter, but unlike other horde shooter games, it feels like I'm playing a sweaty PvE game, and the developers insist on making the game as annoying as possible, despite years of backlash. They claim they listen, but their repeated actions constantly disprove it. This game is a love-hate relationship unlike any other. I keep coming back after months off, remembering how awesome the game is, and then remembering how infuriating it is. I stop playing and wait for changes, come back, and the cycle repeats. Also, if you care about your hardware, I'd pass on this game. The aggressive crashes are so frequent. It's not even funny anymore how this is still happening after all this time, and it's somehow even worse.

Latest in each market: best US #15, worst JP #97 · 13 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 123.14/day in the week to Aug 12 → 380.71/day in the week after.
Of the 9 markets with a position on both sides, 9 climbed and 0 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Extremely good
Helldivers 2 is one of the few games I always find my self coming back to and playing for a month straight and nothing else before I drop it again, rinse and repeat. The overall gameplay loop is pretty simple, kill and extract. There is tons of weapons, armors and stratagems to use to make some pretty fun loadouts, as well as multiple factions to fight with pretty unique gimmicks. Overall and extremely addicting game, that being said I cannot recommend this game. Arrowhead has continued to ignore the complaints of the players for quite some time now, I'm not quite sure why but overall game performance has continued to go down hill, making the required specs to run the game even more extreme. Many weapons have been nerfed just for being "meta" with some entire weapon categories being gutted and straight up unusable. Now weapon nerfs aren't a problem in PvP games, but Helldivers 2 is a PvE game, so why are the fun and overpowered weapons being nerfed? The main appeal to the game is being able to mow down hordes of enemies so now why are all the weapons that are great for doing so being nerfed? Overall the game is still fun to play but I will not leave a positive review solely for the continuous weapon nerfs and declining game performance.

Wish I could have left a good review since I personally love this game, unfortunately decisions of the development team have changed my opinion juristically over time. Cooperate Greed / Balancing : They have released countless balance changes that completely ruin the average player experience along with adding new micro transactions to the game on a bi-monthly basis, there are 24 warbonds in total meaning you'd have to spend 240$+ just to obtain each one without a headache. Arrowhead glazers will tell me to just grind the game for countless hours to redeem table scraps worth of credits and say its not paywalled, Id rather spend the 10$ instead of wasting an average 16-24 hours obtaining credits and that's what arrowhead prefers players do as well. As someone with over 300 hours in the game, I've grinded my life away for multiple war bonds and its sucked every bit of fun I had out of this game. At the end of it all you'd think they would offer some decent war bonds right? Nah, lets paywall "new" mechs that were already part of the base game or release severely underpowered weapons that nobody will use on super helldive. Exhibit A of this would be the AR-2 coyote which has remained the number 1 rifle in the game since its release even though it was nerfed, i rarely see anyone with weapon diversity on super helldive because if you don't bring the best items you will either fail the mission entirely or die so many times you just regret using other guns. Optimization / Core Game Issues : This game runs okay on average, I've got a better PC than most people playing this game and I still run into very frequent issues. Severe frame dips, game glitches, or just full on game crashes. Recently while playing the game Arrowhead had "fixed" a crashing issue on one of the terminals on your ship, while that specific issue was technically resolved the game suffers more unexpected crashes now than ever. I quite literally cant go 40 minutes without a game crash as of writing this on 9-16-26, this is the worst its ever been and they have ALWAYS had crashing issues around this game. I assumed with time it would be polished and resolved but arrowhead seems more focused on giving their staff members a month off to play GTA 6. Once you've had enough time on helldivers these issues become harder and harder to ignore which eventually just ferments hatred for the devs and game itself, while I love this game I wouldn't support any company with the same practices as Arrowhead. Conclusion : I've personally made the decision to stop playing anywhere near as much as I used to, maybe an hour every couple weeks if I'm even able to do that without the game crashing but until Arrowhead makes some BIG changes around the optimization and crashing issues its better to enjoy other games for the time being. You'd think that after 2 years of existence these issues wouldn't be present, I can promise that if you buy this game you'll experience everything I wrote in this review. Maybe you'll end up another arrowhead glazer or regret the 40$ purchase entirely like I did after many hours of gameplay. Best way I can describe helldivers 2 would be like eating one of the best meals you've ever had in your life, then slowly watching the chef who cooked it dissect or subtract parts of that meal over 2 years until it becomes a miserable experience. I really think in terms of live service this could be the number 1 game across all platforms if Arrowhead just took these issues seriously instead of putting them off for YEARS.
not sure why this game has so much hype behind it, super mediocre
Love the game, but changing the Major Order rewards to punish players that didn't participate just to add FOMO armor and weapons is an awful play. Shame, cause this game used to be great.
