About
Haste is a high-speed third-person running game, set in a collapsing universe. Race through a variety of worlds, master your movement and use items and abilities to progress through each level before it falls apart around you. The game consists of ten Shards, each featuring a collection of procedurally generated levels that must be completed without fail to unlock the next. You’ll encounter challenges and characters on your journey, seeking answers about what lies behind the destruction, and how to escape it!
Third-person high-speed running gameplay
Both single player and online co-op running
10 Shards, each featuring a collection of procedurally generated levels that must be completed without fail to advance to the next Shard
90+ Items that let you customize your build for each attempt to clear a Shard
A story to explore and a lovable cast of characters to befriend
Four spectacular biomes with several different variations
4 abilities to master and 4 different bosses to discover
An unlockable endless mode
Mind-blowing speed is key and every landing counts! Hit the ground running (literally) and you’ll build up speed, but if you fumble it will cost you. You’ll need to think fast and keep track of your ever-changing surroundings to escape before the world crumbles beneath your feet.
In your run you'll be able to collect Sparks to use in the shop levels to manifest items. Items help you customise your run, affecting speed, damage, luck, health and other variables.
Speed through procedurally generated levels as you make your way through each Shard, completing every level before you run out of lives to advance to the next. Gather items and experiment with builds to help you on your way. Your journey through the broken worlds will be unique to you as you try to outrun the apocalypse.
You can now play through the entire game with other Zoes! It's cooperative in that you work together to progress, but we also keep track of player times in levels, which allows for some friendly and pleasant competition. To keep your friends apart we have unlockable skins!

As Zoe, you’ll meet different characters to aid you on your journey, whether through wisdom, encouragement or items to assist you.

Just not my cup of tea. I expected a traditional Sonic the Hedgehog-style game. It was a lot less. On top of going fast, you focus on landing. That's pretty much it. Landing well nets you energy for a surfboard-like mechanic that makes you recover speed or go faster. There are roguelite elements, like randomly generated paths of levels and randomly rolled items that assist you on your run. Then there are boss fights at the end of each collection of levels. Instead of combat, you just kind of...touch them and avoid their obstacles. A little disappointing. I know a lot of folks make the Sonic comparison, but it's just missing something for me. I loved Sonic Adventure (really the only one I played). It makes me wonder if I was missing the combat aspect, especially feeling like I was more actively tackling bosses through even just a single button press attack? Still maybe worth checking out for others that enjoy this genre and want to see a new take on it. Thankfully there's a demo.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The plot is short and the payoff is very anticlimactic (it just spits you out as if you never entered the final level, always hated when games did that), the rouge-like elements feel like they ape risk of rain without really adding anything, and kinda didnt need to be there in the first place, and the variety of gameplay they add is...limited to say the least. Thank goodness the gameplay loop is insanely fun and very addicting. Don't buy this at full price, the experience for about 10 bucks or so seems just about right. Also why cant you buy items with sparks in the endless mode? it makes progression so irritatingly slow that its just not that fun to play. Solid 7/10, a nice, concise experience with minimal fat, but worth hitting up at least once just to feel the satisfaction of its gameplay

Игра под видосы
This game is a catalyst for conversation. Like, the game is both just simple enough, and fun enough, that you can do it as a "background process" in your brain, letting a fun conversation with the buddies on discord take your (almost) full attention. Especially if y'all are all running the same endless game, all while talking, it just sets up a great vibe. Also story is tight, graphic style is really neat, and it's just plain fun. if you do want a game that makes you try, just hunt the steam achievements, and good luck.
