Just felt like posting because I love these devs for the 1st 2 games and also wanted to address that a vast majority of the negative complaints are just invalid. You absolutely can feel incredibly powerful in this game and I feel like you can have a lot of direction with were your build goes. There is always a lot to do on the map but the objective is not to min-max every encounter but to try to complete the ones you want. The goblin is probably the best character and its fun to use the decoy. Overall i like have an active ability with each class, I do think this helps set it apart from the other games in this genre that mostly just have abilities with no input from the player. There is probably ~10-15 hours worth of gameplay until you get to the last map, more if you feel like unlocking everything. my biggest issue is aiming actually, i wish it was more precise to where my mouse is. Overall solid 8/10 for the genre
Absolutely enjoying Hand of Fate: Hordes. Yes, it's another bullet heaven, but this takes you on a story. And the narrator is always heckling you. I feel large power gains between runs. It's a great pace. And you can be a goblin that throws chickens. Who wouldn't love a Goblin Chicken throwing character? Oh yeah, did i mention the chickens EXPLODE? :D My favorite character so far.

As a fan of the hand of fate games and vampire survivors I had to check this out. I am really enjoying it. it still has the hand of fate feel, with familiar system of the event cards being mixed into the deck, and trying to unlock tokens on the cards. however this time the cards are used to trigger which events are possible on a VS style map and what upgrades etc are possible. I can see people who are not familiar with the original hand of fate games finding it slower moving at first if they are just especting a straight out VS clone, but it is simply not trying to be that. To me its a great blend of the two and i cant wait for more content to be added.
once of the most interesting Bullet Heavveans in a while, combines the genre with hand of fate well.
In the current stage I don't think it is worth a purchase, unless perhaps if you are a fan of the franchise. The positives are a nice concept and general polish, I enjoy the quests and the card and dice minigames. The negatives are very poor meta progression with purple shards that buy you pitiful percent increases. Characters that also feel underpowered and gameplay that mostly feels like running away. But you still need to pick up the xp left behind so that results in constant running in circles. The levels I have encountered so far are claustrophobic maze like corridors. After you beat a boss there is 30 seconds to get to a portal to escape so there is little time to try to pick up more xp and usually a horde of monsters on your tail. For skills that need aiming, like the warrior jump, you have to use the movement keys, wasd, making it quite fiddly to aim. There are no obvious synergies between pickups, where they evolve or synergise based on the element (as far as I can tell). Their upgrades are mostly percentage based increases to damage, critical chance or critical damage, it is hard to tell what would be good because it does not show actual figures for what they do. It is supposed to have some deck building element but that is not in the game yet.
Muy bueno, me encanta la temática, pero me gastaría estuviera en Español.
Interesting game, I played the original Hands of Fate many years ago and this is different, but feels similar. It's a Diablo-type of a game with some sort of control over the events based on a deck cards that you can partially influence. The game starts quite hard, and needs a bit of practice before understanding the mechanics of the game. I played only the first two adventures, but they hooked me up enough to look for more soon.
Funny game to play with all the traditionnal Hand of Fate mechanics
