Half-Life was undeniably a revolutionary title and had a massive impact on the industry but if i were to say that it holds up today, i'd be lying to your face. throughout the entire game it feels as though your playing on ice and the enemy placement and level design is atrocious. the only reason i could see someone coming back to play this would be for nostalgia. i played this game for seven hours and was undoubtedly the most miserable experience i've ever had, if you want to play half-life, buy black mesa instead.
