The crocodillo
Super fun gameplay and love the art style!
Very fun, at the time of writing this review the strongest aspects for me are the graphics (great character design, very fluid and lively animations, especially on the crocodile, the mostly black aesthetic reminds me of Downwell and Patapon) and gameplay (I just find high-score games like this fun to replay :D)

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

really laggy for some reason, probally a memory leak
So much dopamine for so few dollars. It's like Luftrausers but it doesn't completely hate you.
An amazing twin-stick shooter with gorgeous presentation. Played it entirely on Steam Deck. (+) Runs amazing on steam deck (+) Loved the artstyle - reminds me of patapon (+) Frantic and thrilling gameplay - you get straight to the action - quite arcade like (+) Controls are really good - even when bouncing off waves I never felt the game wasn't responding well to my inputs (+) Various levels and missions (+) High replayability with score chasing and getting God rank on every level (+) There's a hard mode with even more requirements for scoring (0) Normal mode is quite easy (0) During some levels the visibility was not the best but I managed it (-) Needs some balancing. Ghost is absurdly overpowered when compared to others on normal mode (-) Navigating the menus can be quite clunky, but I imagine the dev will iron it out
Art style is radical. Giving the best memories of flash games but polished to a bright shine. I'm fairly early in the game, but I could see this being a delightful game I come back to. Plus the gator is friend.
Fun! Amazing animation, really smooth gameplay. We used to get games similar to this during the shareware and flash eras, now they are kind of forgotten. Glad to have this gem.
Go play it its such a cool indie!
Visually impressive, high quality, innovative, funny, satisfying and too long shmup. This Gunboat God. I would gladly place it next to my favourite indie games if all regions had 25-30 stages (not 50-70) that were a bit more unique and challenging. There were just too many similar stages and rarely something stood out from the crowd. If developers would put the same effort into stages as it went into the audio-visual side it would be a masterpiece. That being said I really enjoyed my time with Gunboat Gun and I recommend it even if you’ll never finish it. Visuals are not an issue when it comes to visibility during gameplay. During my 12h playthrough I didn't have a single moment when I had no idea what was happening. The game perfectly handles contrasts and camera so you can control your boat even without needing to look at it. Good to know (no spoilers): - I recommend playing it in short sessions. The game feels way better that way. - You can collect more currency than is needed - Works nicely on Steam Deck
