Shrunk again, but the world is much larger. In this open-world, single-player or co-op survival adventure, craft weapons and armor, build your base, and traverse the playground on your buggy. But something else is out there—and it hasn’t forgotten you.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
About
When you've been shrunk to the size of an ant, what was once familiar is now a wild, uncharted frontier. Traverse sprawling manmade spaces overgrown with nature with buggies that can fight alongside with you, uncover hidden secrets, and fight to survive in a world much larger than the backyard. The playground may seem familiar, but beneath its bright colors and towering structures lie mysteries hidden in plain sight. Are you ready to uncover them?
Survive, Adapt, Overcome
The world is relentless, but so are you. Shape your adventure with unique archetypes, each offering distinct abilities to match your playstyle. Whether you rely on precision, cunning, or sheer strength, you’ll need every advantage to survive against the threats lurking in the park.
Stronger Together
The perils of the park are daunting alone, but with friends, every challenge becomes an adventure. Work together to build, fight, and uncover the secrets buried beneath the grass. Whether you’re facing danger side by side or continuing your journey in a shared world, survival is always better with allies.
Walking is Bogus - Introducing Buggies
They scurry, they fight, and now—they help you survive. Hatch, raise, and ride your own insect friends - buggies! Saddle up and ride through the park, command them in battle, or have them help gather resources. The right partner could mean the difference between thriving and barely surviving.
Big Baddies of the Park
The park is home to creatures other than the bugs you know and love. AXL, the tarantula, and the Lizard stand as apex predators that demand preparation, strategy, and courage. The snake is a different kind of challenge. To master it, you will need to learn its patterns, ride it, and harvest its scales. And let's not forget about the bird. Every encounter makes you stronger. Claim rare materials, craft powerful gear, and unlock upgrades that push you further into a world built to overwhelm you.
Playgrounds
Survival is only the beginning. With Playgrounds, you can build your own challenges using powerful tools that shape combat, puzzles, and unpredictable encounters. Download, play, and vote on community creations to discover new ways to test your skills. The park is no longer just a place to survive. It is a place to create.
Home Sweet Home
The park is yours to claim. Build everything from simple shelters to sprawling fortresses that keep you safe from the dangers outside. But don't limit yourself to just dry land. Create fully underwater bases to support long expeditions, expand your reach into the depths, and make every corner of the park a cozy little home.
A Shadow That Follows You
The threat is always there—watching, learning, waiting. You don’t know where it’s coming from, only that it never leaves. The deeper you dig, the closer it gets. Some mysteries should stay buried, but it’s too late now. It knows you’re looking. And it’s ready. Every answer drags you deeper, every step invites something closer. You were never alone. You thought you were in control. You were wrong.

I really wanted to love Grounded 2 because I enjoyed the first game, but right now this feels like a game I'm better off putting down and coming back to when it's much closer to finished. The biggest problem is performance. The frame drops, stuttering, crashes and general lack of optimization can make the game frustrating to play, especially considering the original Grounded can run significantly better on the same hardware. Multiplayer can make things even worse with lag, rubber-banding and other synchronization problems. Then there are the actual bugs, and unfortunately I don't mean the ones we're supposed to fight. Enemies can spawn or get stuck inside terrain, resources can become inaccessible, collision can behave strangely, and buggies can glitch or even disappear. Building a larger base can also make performance problems more noticeable. Enemy density is another issue. Exploring should be one of the best parts of Grounded, but sometimes it feels like you can't walk twenty feet without another insect deciding your existence is a personal insult. Areas can become so saturated with hostile creatures that exploration turns into one fight after another. Enemies can also chase you ridiculous distances, making disengaging unnecessarily annoying. Navigation isn't much better. The park looks fantastic, but getting from one place to another can become tedious because of terrain, obstacles and unclear routes. Dying and having to navigate back through everything again makes that frustration even more noticeable. The UI also feels like a step backward in places. Menus and controls that were straightforward in the original Grounded have been redesigned in ways that aren't necessarily more convenient. My biggest disappointment is that underneath all these problems, I can see a genuinely good game. The park is interesting, the buggy system is a cool idea, and the basic Grounded formula still works. That's exactly why the problems are so frustrating. I understand that Grounded 2 is in Early Access, but "Early Access" shouldn't make every criticism disappear. Players are supposed to give feedback during Early Access, and right now my feedback is simple: Stop piling new content on top of problems that already need attention. Improve optimization. Fix multiplayer stability. Address disappearing buggies and collision issues. Reduce the absurd enemy saturation in certain areas. Improve navigation and polish the systems that are already here. Grounded 2 has the potential to become an excellent sequel. Right now, though, it often feels less like I'm surviving the backyard and more like I'm surviving the game itself. I can't recommend it in its current state. I'll happily reconsider that when stability and optimization catch up with the ambition.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 3: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

If you can get past the bugs and glitches due to it being an open beta, then this game is actually really fun. There's a good amount of content for being version 0.5. I had a blast playing it and I haven't even gotten everything that the game has to offer (enemy scanning for the most part). The buggy system is pretty neat. Some of the late-game buggies feel underpowered compared to their early-game counterparts, though. Buffing buggies seems like a waste for the time being; you can't buff two of the buggies as is anyway due to the resources not being in the game yet. Aside from that, some of the plant growing chambers that you can build feel a bit slow? Maybe not slow but it feels like I need too many of them if I actually want to benefit from making them. Although, it's a survival game so this is to be expected. The game was really fun and I can't wait for the next content update. I sincerely hope Obsidian Entertainment delivers with more thrilling and enticing gameplay. Also, the story just isn't really amazing as of now. They cop out and blame everything on one character but it feels like they don't want to do that??? I'm not sure how to explain it. It feels more rushed or last-minute if anything.
a scorpion destroyed our base and made us move underground like goblins
