Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

THE GAMELESS
This title is a huge insult to all gamers who are passionate about experiencing different kinds of games. I won’t even dare list all the flaws this game has (calling it a game is practically sacrilege), otherwise this review would end up as long as the complete transcript of the TV series The Walking Dead. Developed without effort or dignity, much like AC Milan at the end of the 2025/26 season.
Terrible as f*ck
Grandpa, developed by Pudding and published by Cheesecake, is a first-person indie survival horror experience that centers on tension, stealth, and environmental puzzle solving within the confines of a single, oppressive house. The premise is straightforward yet unsettling: you awaken trapped inside a strange home, and somewhere within its walls roams a hostile old man who will relentlessly hunt you if given the opportunity. With no weapons to defend yourself and no clear guidance on how to escape, the game leans heavily on atmosphere and vulnerability to create its sense of fear. The core gameplay revolves around exploration and puzzle solving. The house is filled with locked doors, hidden clues, mechanical contraptions, and scattered objects that must be examined and used correctly to progress. Unlike many modern horror games that emphasize cinematic storytelling or scripted scares, Grandpa focuses more on player-driven discovery. Progression depends on carefully observing your surroundings, testing object interactions, and piecing together how different rooms and mechanisms connect. Some puzzles reward logical thinking and patience, while others can feel opaque, occasionally relying on experimentation rather than clear deductive hints. Stealth plays a central role in shaping the experience. The titular Grandpa acts as a roaming threat who responds to noise and movement. Running, knocking over objects, or interacting carelessly with the environment can attract his attention, triggering tense pursuit sequences. When detected, your only option is to flee and hide, ducking into closets, under furniture, or behind obstacles until he loses interest. This cat-and-mouse dynamic creates sustained anxiety, especially when exploring unfamiliar rooms. The absence of combat reinforces the feeling of helplessness, making every creaking floorboard and distant footstep significant. The game’s pacing is deliberately slow and methodical. There are long stretches of quiet exploration punctuated by moments of sudden panic. This rhythm allows tension to build gradually rather than relying solely on jump scares. The audio design contributes significantly to this atmosphere; ambient noises, subtle environmental sounds, and the echo of approaching footsteps heighten immersion. While the visual presentation is modest, with simple textures and limited environmental variety, the confined layout and dim lighting help cultivate a claustrophobic mood. However, Grandpa’s low-budget origins are evident. Animations and environmental assets lack polish, and certain mechanics can feel rigid or imprecise. The AI behavior of the old man, while functional, is not always consistent, sometimes appearing predictable and at other times unexpectedly erratic. Checkpoint placement and unclear puzzle feedback can lead to repeated sections, which may test the patience of players who prefer more streamlined progression. These rough edges can disrupt immersion, especially during longer play sessions. Despite these limitations, the game demonstrates a clear commitment to its horror concept. It embraces simplicity rather than overcomplicating its mechanics, focusing on a single threatening presence and a single location. This narrow scope can be effective for players who appreciate indie horror experiences that prioritize mood and tension over spectacle. The vulnerability of being unarmed and constantly hunted remains the game’s strongest element, delivering moments of genuine suspense when stealth and timing align. Overall, Grandpa is a rough but earnest survival horror title that offers a tense and atmospheric escape-room-like experience. Its emphasis on stealth, environmental puzzles, and sustained vulnerability creates memorable moments for players willing to accept its technical and design imperfections. While it may not reach the polish or depth of larger horror franchises, it stands as a compact indie effort that captures the essence of fear through confinement and pursuit. For fans of low-budget horror games that emphasize tension over action, Grandpa provides a challenging and unsettling journey through a house where safety is never guaranteed. Rating: 5/10
