Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Melhor Final fantasy já feito, é isso.
The best version of FF12 and arguably the best FF. The Gambit and Zodiac Job systems are fun and encourage creativity and experimentation coupled with lots of side content and you could play this game far longer than you need to beat it if desired. Big recommend.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 2.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I can't recommend this game, as a "Final Fantasy" game. And I kinda like the story.. Also, for posterity, I played with the FF12 official guidebook from Brady Games...not the zodiac one. Lol. I would not recommend doing this. Hell I can't recommend this game as a PC port, this game will litterally memory leak more then a Mia Khalifa bukkake video. Thankfully, some SAINT, a hero among mankind, made a mod this year, that easily fixes this. Without this, this would be unplayable. And I am reviewing it in the state square sold this trash. Unbelieavble in <current year you are in> this game crashes bc it can't allocate memory for a 20+ year old game, without a fan made mod. I have a theory about this game and FF16, I'll put at the end. I played it 3 times... as a kid, always stopping in that stupid 100 floor dungeon (you know the one). I never played the zodiac age version. In short, this game feels like a proof of concept of what will become FF14 (great game btw). First things I like: - Job system. Love it. Kinda sucks at first especially if you pick like....a job that's clearly meant to complement another one, like bushi at first. But combine that with red battlemage, and that's awesome. Man wish I played this version as a kid. I love being a White Mage /Time Battlemage with heavy armor lol. - Fran. Tan Bunny Girl. Baltheir if you aint hitting that, I lost all respect for your 2000s era lame af ear piercings on both ears. Al-Cid, awesome character, but like I feel after he's introduced, they don't know what to do with him. He's just there to spit out expository and move the plot, and look cool af with sunglasses. - THERE ARE 2 CIDS IN THIS GAME TWO. DUDE. - Gambit system. I hated this at first. The change from turn based to this, but I got older, I learned to code as a hobby, so I like creating an automated if this then that system. You could litterally play it without hitting a command if you're clever, which makes grinding zones at 4x speed ez. Because you don't wanna actively play this game, no one does. Music. As always. Things I hate: -Combat system, Ashe, just her, ugh. usually the leading lady is awesome, but I cannot stand her personality, her design, she looks like she has a few extra chromosomes with her nothing behind the eyes stair....but she is royalty, so probably some cousin love in the past, so this works. - Espers. The SUCK. I never use them. And when I do, it almost always gets me killed then anything, and I did get most of the optional ones (not the hard one). - Job system. Hate it, for the same reason. Alot of the lisenses felt pointless or gate kepting, most of the other things are pointless since lisense points come ez. Thank god for turbo speed, otherwise grinding levels would be more of a grind. - Side Quests /Clan Hunts- Something I noticed in post 10 FF's is sidequests are mandatory or you grind. Even in FF:Rebirth, you better do those side quests or you'll miss out on like important lore or weapons. Honestly, after demon wall, there's not been a challenging boss fight since. I only find them in the clan hunts, which I fight at 4x speed. I imagine some of these elite marks could take 30 minutes+ if it took me 10 on 4x speed. Christ. - The story after Act 2. This game's pacing is weird. Act 1 is strong, but then suddenly it's like "Okay, we need to go to the capital across the world, we must walk there....through like 20 loading screens, 4 seperate zones. Then when you get there, small break in the city, and another grindfest in a dungeon. Repeat until that 100 floor one, then it's end game. And only clan hunts remain. The pacing sucks. Act 1 felt strong. Act 2, just dropped like a cliff, and by the time Act 3, or 4? hard to keep track In short, without mods, this game doesn't work on PC. And is overpriced, I got it on sale like 70% off, but they're still listing it for 40 frickin dollars. I just started FF6 yesterday, omg the pacing, everything, is perfect. I never use the QoL to make things faster, everything is just well written, acted with pixels, etc. I'm sadden to not recommend this game, FF12 holds a special place in my heart as a kid in college/HS. It got me through some tough times. If you come into this game, knowing the pacing sucks. The game expects you to explore do clan hunts, even tho they're optional (it is cool finding side quests by accident, since there are no markers). What happened after 10? 9 and 10 had so many extra side quests, mini games, and yes also a hunt. There's none of that charm in this game.
I consider Act 3 to start when you get to Drak Labs and fight Dr Cid first time.
- After this, it's like "well how do we stretch this out....crap idk what else to do, lets just put a 100 floor dungeon, then end game after that" Clan hunts are kinda cool sometimes when you go back to old dungeons to unlock harder parts of it, etc. but it comes so late it just feels grindy af. And without 4x speed, getting anywhere would suck, I'd have 100+ hours, instead of 60 at current time. It really does feel like "a single player mmo" (that ytuber that hates ffrebirth) said it. And you can see the foundations for 14 in this game. He thinks they were doing that to get people to play 11. I think they were beta testing a proof of concecpt for ff14 later. Even the blue dots and map layout for the world is the same. Teleporting with crystal, etc.
I think they're connected, but FF16 takes place 1000s of years later in another part of ivalice. names changed. Espers are gone/killed/scared, so they came up with the whole dumb Dominant system so the Espers/Eikons wouldn't die. IDK how 12 ends yet, but I think 1000s of years of humans using nethacite/crystals made the world what it is. Only Hume(humans) are left, etc I doubt this is true. Think about it, the ruins are all airship looking things.
- Possible bs theory crafting story. Now I've wasted 60 hours, at point of no return, and I don't really care to finish the game, I'll prob come back to it eventually, but man. FF13 had a similiar issue, where I played it ethuistically until the end...and just didnt wanna finish it. FF15 Same thing, I came back to the future and was like "i don't even know whats happening". FF16 least I did finish, cringe as its story be, least it's complete and makes some sense... "♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥!!!" - actual quote from ff16.
The biggest piece of DOG SH#T. This game shouldn't cost 60 bucks when it isn't even compatible with modern graphic cards. The "fatal error" that occurs randomly is embarrasing and shouldn't be happening with a gem of game like FFXII. Emulate it instead of buying. I would've returned my money if I haven't bought it a year ago. F##K SE.
Que jogo fantástico, uma obra prima e para mim um dos melhores jogos que eu já tive o prazer que jogar obs: Penelo super fofa
Love the overall games, bit different from your typical Final Fantasy game but it has it's own charm
This game is a little bit of headache for me. The story is good, but not my cup of tea. The gameplay is fine. The graphic is mid, I mean I know this is the remastered version of FFXII, but it's still not good in graphic requirement for me. Also, the game crash a lot. I tried all the tricked on Internet but it still crash unless I deletec manually NVIDIA cache files. Square Enix, would you be a good developer and fix this at least?
Game runs great after you turn vsync off and also turn shader caching off. limit the framerate on display to 60 in the nvidia control panel per program setting.
I had a really good time with this game, albeit with a lot of confusion regarding the progression system. Pros: + The world is MASSIVE with a ton of hidden stuff to find. The maps are all uniques. The cities, towns, and settlements all feel alive and bustling with NPC activities with dialogues that constantly change based on your progress, hinting you on side bosses you can find once they're available. + Very streamlined gameplay. Pop in, go to a map, and let your gambits do their job. No field-to-battle transitions, no victory posing every 10 seconds, it's all one smooth flow. + Story is fairly grounded, but I was still invested in it. The main plot itself is short and you get all the background lores from optional areas and NPCs. One thing I know is that Vaan is massively overhated, dude contributed quite a lot to the cast. Basch barely did anything... + The soundtrack... so full of whimsy and adventure... Cons: - I liked how the game progresses at first; farming stuff, getting LPs, selling monster loots, buy equipments, unlock more licenses and so on, but a lot of it feels like nothing happening. They're barely explained & very clunky to navigate. Say you see a license that unlocks Ribbon. What does a Ribbon do, and do I want to be on the lookout for it? Tough luck, google it. - Job combinations matter way less than I thought. Really, it's all in the gear you have, which just turns the license system into a "how do you unlock the BiS gear" puzzle. - In general a lot of this game is just cryptic. Equipment descriptions are the worst, they increase a lot more stats than what their description says. Honestly, just look up a guide for how the game works. 8/10. I only played up to Rank V hunts and finished the main plot, but I might come back for the optional contents.
