Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Decent game with an atrociously overdesigned UI and crafting systems. Unfortunately once you play Factorio similar factory/automation games just don't do it man, they don't.

As someone who plays a lot of similar games, this game was confusing, uninteresting compared to competitors, and was unable to to clearly indicate a lot of mechanics. Just play any other automatic factory/logistics game and you will probably be better off.
This one surprised me in a good way. It starts off charming, relaxing, and genuinely fun, and for a long time I really enjoyed watching my little factory grow. Factory Town sits somewhere between Factorio and Satisfactory, but in its own cute and more laid-back way. The early and mid-game are easily the strongest parts, with satisfying progression and systems that feel straightforward without being boring. Unfortunately, the late game starts to drag. The last few missions become very grindy, and the shift toward magic-based mechanics feels less interesting than the more grounded production chains the game builds itself on. By the end, it becomes cluttered and overwhelming with the final missions feeling unnecessarily long and drawn out. Overall, it’s an enjoyable ride that really scratches the automation itch. 6.5/10 – A charming and relaxing factory builder that stumbles quite in the endgame.
game is good.
I freaking LOVE this game. The fact that this tiny game has such a high potential for addiction is insane. I sunk in close to 400h since buying and it still gets me from time to time, making a new map, trying different things. Highly recommended.
Not recommended on Linux; have not tested on Windows. The game loop is fun, but its performance is pretty atrocious on Linux (SteamPlay and Proton experimental). Namely, hovering over any object causes the UI state to change, which causes a good 15-frame hiccup each time. On non-experimental proton, controls requiring modifier keys (shift-R to rotate counterclockwise, for example) do not function. Experimental fixes this for *most* controls, but not all, apparently. On the positives, the game loop is actually really engaging once you get into it, and - while the UI for it needs a bit of polish (let me expand the window or search!) - the rebinding system allows Dvorak users to play the game without issue, unlike some of this game's competitors such as Dyson Sphere Program, which can't actually rebind some keys at all. All in all, if you're fine with the game chugging constantly, and controls being a bit broken, it's otherwise great. This game takes me back to what I wanted in idle games and DSP, albeit at a somewhat smaller scale. If the rather significant performance issues were addressed, key-bindings were given a touch-up, I'd change this review to a positive.
Keep giving the game chances, it just isn't it... Its nice and dandy but its just plain boring and the management is just bad. I cannot find out the in and outs of everything, lots of stuff just looks funny... Don't like it
It's a casual factory/automation game with bright and toyish graphics. It has logistical mechanics that are similar to Factorio but utilizes the 3rd dimension as well. There are no enemies to fight and no rush to complete any objectives. If you want 'challenges' in the game I suggest visiting the very active Reddit page. This game is extremely forgiving of mistakes. And with the bright graphics, the bigger your town gets, the cooler it looks. The tech tree is deep and the 3D building is easy, making the game as complex as you'd like it to be. It's the Lego of factory games: bright, colorful, optimistic and great for a player of any age.
