Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Good game, I played the chapters and some sandbox. The chapters were a bit annoying later because you often had to reach the progress of the last chapter again. You could have done it differently. But if you only do one run in sandbox mode, you will have more fun.
Some of it is fine, other parts could be more enjoyable. Between mixed and able to recommend for some. Handling some of the blocks and UI could do with an overhaul, and the transition from people to more automation is maybe not the best and not the best progression in some areas which also leaves some marks on the tutorial.

I loved Factory Town, I played through the main campaign to the final mission. This delivers a very pleasant and fun gaming experience, and has much to recommend it. Many players craving a really fun economic and building game would love this. Unlike Factorio and Mindustry there is no antagonist in the game, you are working towards your production and research goals. Its satisfying and relaxing in a way they are not. I will beat the main campaign and get all of the achievements. I think its one of those games where the parts fit together to make it engrossing.
Fun
I'm glad to see a good mix of city building and factory. The graphics and UI feel outdated, and there are so many buttons... but maybe that's the style they're going for. I had a lot of issues in Campaign 1 because it kept telling me that adding a conveyor belt to a building would automatically add a grabber, but it wasn't doing that, so I resorted to just having workers transport all the goods. It wasn't until Campaign 2 that I realized you can add a grabber, and also that you can have some buildings produce multiple items. But then I ran into issues with the water distribution. I thought it was a graphics glitch, but there was something in my water pipes. Turns out it was milk. I had one pipe going from the well to a pasture then on to a farm and it was a major pain to configure that in such a way that the milk didn't get picked up. I kept having to delete connections and pipes that had milk in them. I'm hoping they make improvements, like when the path between a house and the town center is accidentally removed and it doesn't tell you why the house isn't leveling up, or when carts choose to move one space over from a path, causing it to go slower than if it had just used the path I specifically built for it.
at first i thought its just a weird mashup of different mechanics but the systems do actually make sense and im actually having fun. indie devs: 1 - million dollar game studios: 0
Archaic interface reminiscent of 90s PC gaming. Lazy graphics (I dig the blocky pixel style but a large number of the materials are just 2D sprites). Poor tutorial. Took me WAY too many attempts to get into. But at the end of the day it's one of the most satisfying logistic simulators out there. Once it clicks, its amazing.
TL;DR: It's a fun game. The campaign takes a good while but you'll get 100% achievements by completing all 8 levels. If you're a fan of factory type games, this is a must buy and play. Just completed Level 8 which is the last level in the campaign. Took my 57.4 hours. Yes, it gets tedious and time consuming, but it's not difficult, just push through. I had a blast figuring out the "puzzles" and how to maximize production while being efficient. Some tips: 1- Learn about the town specialties. I didn't really know what they did until level 6 or 7 and that would've saved me a lot of time earlier. 2- Each level starts with minimal stuff so you have to re-make your money making system each time, but, get the berry cake ASAP and you'll be making bank in gold coins (make sure it's attached to an artistry town specialty). 3- Don't rush, take your time. I found doing a couple things at a time and then doing something else was beneficial. Especially with the levels starting from scratch. 4- Don't be afraid to plant trees and crops where you need them for industry/farming. In fact, I found it is essential to do so. 5- Enjoy the ride. The campaign took me a while, but it's also pretty much a very long tutorial. 6- The graphics and sound/music is fun. Graphics aren't cheesy but not realistic, more cartoony in my opinion. The music is relaxing, which is perfect.
