Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 2 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 18: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Quite fun, Very long setup takes hours but you can do anything so every fun
silly
It's a surprisingly deep game once you get into it. It runs really smooth, the art style is fun, and I laughed a fair number of times. I actually found myself roleplaying a little bit at one point having the top floor of my lair being an inner sanctum with an area dedicated to traps and a small prison area with one cell so I could humiliate captured agents and then throw them into a shark pit while my henchmen watched. This is not something I tend to do, so bravo on that. The base building is very free form. You can get quite creative with it all, to the point that it could even be overwhelming. I found the easiest way to do things is keep it small until most of the research is done, however. Then, atleast you know what you CAN build, and then plan accordingly. You will be surprised how many different areas you will need over time, and it's easy to crowd yourself out if you go big early. The soundtrack is awesome, and really sells the theme. The characters are all pretty clever with ok / decent stories with enough meat to be entertaining. Some of the voice acting is great, and some of it is so terrible it's almost funny. It can be jarring how bad some of the voice acting is, actually. You can definitely tell they had people pulling double duty for some voices, and they had a strong preference for one character over another. There are some quality of life issues, like the fact you can't move or interact with items as a group, meaning if you ever plan to move a room full of items to another floor or shift it to another side of a floor you're gonna consider quitting the game entirely because moving a 100 gold racks individually between floors is genuinely painful. The combat can get weird at times with a lot of minions refusing to use their weapons or getting blocked off in certain situations from fighting causing war crime levels of minion massacres by the "Forces of Justice", but once you really figure out how to beef up your entrance and how to feed enemy agents into kill zones things get easier. The world map where you send minions for missions is just... horrible. Tons of micromanaging. You will eventually find yourself putting every region on "reduce heat" missions just so you can avoid it all together. The actual networks on the map you build give passive income anyways, so save early game you dont even need to do anything but that and actual game missions anyways. Overall, the game is great, but not full price great. I forget how much I paid, honestly, but it was a pretty deep sale, so I am fine with the experience I got for the price I paid. If it was full price though, yeah... I would be much harsher. This is not a 60 dollar game even with the expansions and DLC. 30, maybe, with everything included. This is a great wishlist game. Wait for a steep sale. Even if you end up not liking the game you'll atleast appreciate the art, music, and characters.
