Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 2 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The best base-building game I have ever played in my entire life. Runs great, good graphics, meaningful objectives, voice acted dialogue, great progression system, unique features that make it stand out from similar games. Cool blend of core gameplay loops between the base and the world map. A couple bugs here and there, but nothing even close to game-breaking. And there's SO MUCH CONTENT. Probably the best city-builder type of game for someone that prefers a themepark experience to a sandbox one. This one gives you plenty of goals to work towards (but it's a great sandbox experience nonetheless). Worth every penny.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 18: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

While its enjoyable it has limitations on it that the orginal didnt. Mods are non existant and you are limited in how many minions you can have. After a point you cant replenish them fast enough because the "good guys" are sending too many advanced troops and traps also become ineffective due to the sheer number. Get on sale if you must don't recommend paying over $5
Evil Genius 2 perfectly nails the 1960s spy-fi aesthetic, but unfortunately, the gameplay doesn't live up to the vibe. Going into this, I was expecting something much closer to the Dungeons series, with its tight, reactive base-building, active defense mechanics, and rewarding management loop. Instead, the game replaces that engaging "dungeon master" feel with a tedious, mobile-like grind. A massive chunk of your time is wasted staring at the World Stage map, waiting for timers to countdown and managing global heat levels. It feels less like running a chaotic, villainous lair and more like dealing with a sluggish, passive Excel spreadsheet. It’s a shame, because the charm is definitely there, but the gameplay loop is just too boring compared to the Dungeons formula.
First game I ever had on steam and it is an absolute masterpiece
Game is FULL of bugs! Missions to defeat super agents USELESS because if you complete them, It doesn't stop them coming like its supposed too! scheme missions stop for literally no reason... (Fix: shoot someone at Heli-pad) I am personally getting sick of developers that prioritize DLC over fixing their games, Once the DLCs end so does the support!
Really wanted to like it, but world map ruined all fun for me.
I really liked this game. Is it perfect? No, but if you love the two point games this will scratch that itch
