If you want "master of orion with improved graphics" then this game is ideal for you. Unfortunately for the development team behind O.G. Endless Space, the 4x landscape has evolved dramatically in the years since its release; no longer is the early-game phase of every turn based strategy game a "mash the next turn button" snooze fest with minimal interactivity.
I really enjoyed the lore of this game, the universe, and the music but the combat is really bad and detracts from the game a lot so I can't recommend it.
A simple but effective game that delivers exactly what it promises. Easy to learn and fun to play.

Ganhei esse jogo e nem gosto de jogo de gerenciar, tipo City, Jurassic Park, mas resolvi dar uma chance para ver se não é uma daquelas joias perdidas e definitivamente não é ksksksksk. O jogo é bem divertido e dá para jogar inúmeras vezes com muitas possibilidades em cada jogo, mas a IA é tenebrosa demais, não dá para ganhar dela. O jogo é extremamente datado, mas ainda é bem divertido para quem gosta de gerenciamento e guerras intergaláctica.

I had no idea what was going on, and really what I was able to do was really bland and boring.
Is it good? Yes Is it old but gold? Maybe. Is it a turn clicking simulator like ES2? Yes but slightly less clicking. 6/10 A game worth to get especially on discount with nothing really "bad" about it but nothing that stand out either, it got the feeling of old strategy/4X for us old people to enjoy with nostalgia but it's not any exceptional either.
hard to learn but good

It's quite old, but I still love it as my introduction to the Endless series, got the physical version with the large manual and artbook on my shelf. It's slow, methodical and the atmosphere was already a real treat.
