Literally such a nice relaxing game, with a great aesthetic, and a silent hill type of vibe. Except you're not running from monsters and instead driving around in your kei truck, delivering packages while driving off the road and flying into the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ air because you drove too fast. Sure the gameplay loop gets sliiiightly "boring" after finishing the game, but even then it's just nice to play when you're trying to relax before bed or just because you want to relax in general. I got it on my switch recently aswell and it's nice to play on the couch/in bed in the evening before bed. I want more games where I'm a cat driving around at full speed...delivering packages that constantly fall out of the back of my truck....sigh...

Easy Delivery Co. is a relaxing delivery sim with a retro aesthetic and feel that anyone who grew up with early 32-bit and 64-bit game consoles (Saturn, PS1, N64) will immediately recognize. The driving physics are interesting, where vehicle handling is both exaggerated and simplified in some ways. I would describe the driving experience as a bit "arcadey", but still more complex than something like Crazy Taxi (you can't just pin the accelerator, you will have to vary speed and finesse corners, bumps, and drifts). Driving through the mountainous landscape while dealing with environmental hazards is certainly challenging enough to demand your attention, but without feeling punishingly difficult. This game also has a very good ambient soundtrack that fits it perfectly. At the same time there is an interesting story beneath the surface, which you can choose to progress or ignore at any point. It's a game that can be great fun played just to pass the time, or to progress the plot. I'm very glad to have purchased this title, and I feel like I'll continue to come back and play it even after having reached the story ending. This game plays fantastically via Steam Proton Experimental, I had zero issues/slowdowns/crashes.

Randomly picked up this game due to the aesthetic. You're a cat who drives a K-truck around snowy mountain towns while listening to breakbeat DNB. Make deliveries. Manage your pocket money. Exist in this world. There is something to this game that makes it special. It is a very specific and very curated vibe for a very specific type of person. I spent about 8 hours with the game and got everything I wanted to out of it. Very enjoyable time.
