Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I hate to say it, but wait. I'm not saying it's garbage, not remotely, but wait. I really dig this game. I like the aesthetics, the combat feels good, and the exploration is stellar, but there are enough issues that I wouldn't advise people get it yet. I know, "it's EA," but they're asking for money, so here we are. It's a psuedo-MMO, but it feels like they don't know what they want to do with that. If you play single player the big bad dungeon bosses absolutely suck to fight, and you're gonna need to fight them a lot as they're the primary sources of armor and weapons. There's a line between challenging but fun and "cool, you shot me with 3 attacks at once and I couldn't move" or "I was fine then 3 other bosses showed up and you blew me up..." And this game falls into the latter categories. Outside of one, they just flood you with attacks and mechanics that are very hard to manage solo. So play with someone. I'd love to, but they really don't incentivize that. First, drops are so that everyone gets one armor then a single weapon drops that's first come first serve. Fine if you're with people you know, but it still hurts to do a big fight and get nothing, essentially. Then, there's the matchmaking, or the lack thereof. If you want a party you have to have people from in-game chat or through the discord. Of my maybe 20 attempts I've had it work out twice. God forbid you play off the usual hours of your server. There are shards and it'll be dead as dust. Let's talk QoL. I hope you love, LOVE this world, because even though the area is level 5 and you're level 20, you have to walk or fly through it every. Single. Time. You can set a place as a "home" point, but let's say you want to do the hard mode of a dungeon in the first zone. You can walk, or you can fly. It works on flight paths, where you sit there and watch your relatively slow flying orb travel. You don't go in a straight line either, you go point to "unnecessarily wasting my time with this" point. The dungeons don't have fast travel points either, so you've gotta fly to the closest point then walk. Why? God knows. Remember that loot I mentioned earlier? There are no protections for garbage RNG. So you can end up like me, farming a boss, or dungeon, ad nauseum because the game decides that the only drops you need are "a shield and boots" when you just need the gloves. Oh, and we won't discuss the absolutely dumb decision to make a drop chance .17%. Most of it isn't that bad, but it might feel like it for sure. Performance, my God, performance. 4 of my personal friends own the game, none of them are playing because the performance is spottier than 101 Dalmatians. Some zones you will sit at a relatively smooth 50 something, but then you go where you actually need to spend time and you're trampolining between 15 and 40. EA or not it seems like that should have been ironed out early. The big new event was added to the game today… I guess? In-game I saw it once, not the event mind you. I had a symbol pop up on my screen, it said “you've joined the event at XXY," which I was nowhere near. I looked on my map, no indication of anything. I went to where I thought it might be, waited, saw other people talking about doing it in chat and I had no clue where it was. That. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Sucks. The more I play the game the more I'm shifting from “this is great with some blemishes" to “this ♥♥♥♥ is actually pissing me off." It's 2026, I explored the zone, did all the activities, why am I being made to fly over it for the umpteenth time? Clearly there's fast travel in the game because you can go to the home points for free, why is that not in use everywhere? The end game is “go kill boss” but the loot system, RNG and fights themselves are trash if you're solo but the devs punish you with severely bloated health pools if you're with people. Also, they do WAY too much with verticality to not have any on the map. It sucks to climb a massive tree then realize what you're after is at the bottom. And why is there no minimap or waypoint system? I'm sure I've got more, but like with a number of my sessions of Farever I'm at a point where I'm tired, annoyed and want to move on to doing anything else, and that sucks. Positive wise, the world is beautiful. There are tons of varied activities that make exploring and walking around fun the FIRST TWO TIMES or so. There are platforming challenges, world bosses, collectibles everywhere and the gear and combat actually are appealing. The devs are actually funny, there are joke names all over the game, not like beating you over the head, but still that you see it, recognize it and get a chuckle out of. I admit,I don't know a thing about the story, sun dudes fighting moon boys or something, but everything else stood up well enough for me to keep going until now. Farever is not a game I plan to put down forever. I'll be watching it, checking patch notes and changes. I hope it survives, it's been a slaughter this year, but it's burned up my patience. I hope they continue to smooth things out, but I'm done for now. I love a redemption arc though, and I hope they can bring me back. I'm mainly posting this here because I don't know how closely the devs read the Discord and because I think the game does need more work and more direction. *This is all from a solo view point, if you can find a friend to put up with the performance and y'all can be friendly about divvying up loot,I think your experience will differ drastically. Maybe.

Yeah I'd absolutely recommend the game but not to everyone. Who would like this game? 1. People that enjoy action adventure role playing games. 2. People that enjoy perfect timing mechanics within combat (blocking, dodging, etc) 3. People that both enjoy exploration and want it to be rewarding (cause it is here) 4. People that like experimenting with builds (character/weapon/gear/skill setup) 5. People that want an MMO experience but hate dailies, pop-ups, and other terrible retention tools. 6. People that are comfortable with a WoW/Breath of The Wild-like art style. 7. People that enjoy fun, lengthy dungeons and a nice variety of Boss fights (with mechanics to learn) 8. People that have friends that also like these things. (cause it's a MMO-lite) So who won't like this? 1. People with bad taste. **If you think the game looks bad? Then probably you.** 2. People adverse to early access games. **cause this is Very Early Access** 3. People that only play games with 200+ FPS. **Guess I'm just old cause I'm unbothered by this** 4. People that want Dailies, FOMO, Gambling, Goonery, and/or Gacha. 5. People that want a lot of Story elements (notable characters, Cinematics, progressing story) which this game currently doesn't have. 6. People that strongly dislike bugs. (missing text, invisible enemies, etc) It's early access but fair enough. 7. People that do not like jumping puzzles. ** I'm usually not a fan of jumping puzzles but i like how they are implemented here... but they definitely aren't for everything** 8. People that don't like other people. ** it's an MMO-Lite... So there's an active chat window and people running around your world.**
Just letting other girls know.... This game has NO cute costumes AND it's VERY grindy!!! Also the game is a figure it out on your own type of game but other than all that the shiny balls are cute i guess.
Game is fun but I have my doubts about the future of the game. Updates are slow and performance does not seems like a priority for devs to fix. Besides that devs are split with another massive game space game in early development. I hope this game does well but I can't recommend it at this state.
Not atm, too many tedious or not explained things, also performance is really bad. And one who tought to put "bonus objective" to dungeons should rethink life again, bonus means bonus, but in this game means if u kill last boss and don't do BONUS objective u get 0 loot from it, what a great design. Also game say "Alone or with friends, embark on an epic journey together!", don't get fooled like me, game is not solo friendly, bosses are tedious af as solo player, it's fine but then why describe is at is.
Look at my PC? Why does the game stutter? Why do i get 2 sec lag spikes that litterally freeze my game up for like 2 secs ? Why does the game get only 100+ barley on my PC? And they have the audacity to release more contetnt like this isn't a problem?
