Surprisingly addicting game which gives you the perfect blend of simulation and a little arcade. The swing mechanic is easy to learn and tough to master. You level up your golfer as you play and spend skill points on various stats like power, approach, putting, etc. While unlocking new skill shots you can use on the course. The game has a career mode where you play real life tournaments and plays at a quick pace that keeps you engaged. It's quite hard at first and your golfer is a total rookie so don't expect to win any tourneys early on, just keep playing and leveling up while you place like 100th. I grew up loving Mario Golf and this is nostalgic to be gaming on a golf game again.
Very relaxing game - Career mode is enjoyable but quite easy if you keep the putting line on. My advice for a challenge would be to increase the difficulty and remove the putting line. Otherwise you will literally just win every comp. Only negative is that once you have completed the career mode, it is quite competitive unless you are achievement hunting. Overall great game to pass some time and relaxing to play.
