Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Same day: best JP #16, worst KR #78 · 2 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
The game makes it easy to check the menu for your next objective, but progression can still feel unclear. At times, tasks are obtuse, and characters often fail to provide meaningful hints or direction, which leads to unnecessary confusion. The story and writing are decent, but it lacks impactful moments. There are some enjoyable slice of life interactions and smaller NPC scenes, especially early on, but overall the narrative feels flat. Character dynamics are underdeveloped, and there are several moments where characters barely react to major events despite being directly involved. This makes the story feel less engaging than it should be. Dungeon design is a mixed experience. On the positive side, dungeons are small enough to avoid feeling like a grind, especially compared to the remakes of earlier titles where exploration felt overly stretched. However, there is a noticeable inconsistency in how dungeons are designed. Some have light puzzle elements, while others lack meaningful interaction entirely. A more consistent focus on either exploration or puzzles would have improved the experience. The pacing becomes a major issue toward the end of the game. It devolves into repetitive sequences of talking to multiple NPCs in succession, often requiring backtracking with little payoff. One quest in particular forces repeated travel between past and present with no meaningful reward, which makes it feel like filler rather than purposeful design. The lack of an instant text option is also disappointing. Dialogue pacing feels unnecessarily slow, and requiring a mod to fix this is not ideal. Overall, the game struggles to find a clear identity. It sits awkwardly between being narrative driven and exploration focused, without fully committing to either. Combined with static character development and uneven pacing, it ends up feeling less engaging than it could have been. The strongest moments come from the smaller side stories early in the game, but they are not enough to carry the experience as a whole.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.5/day in the week to Aug 5 → 3.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

After 26 years i finally beat it. I started off on PSX and got up to a little after alltrades abbey but then i started to get lost and fall off. then the 3ds ver seemed soo easy and the cartoon like theme and graphics didn't hit as well. the only reason i beat it this time is because of all the life change updates . but to be frank ,the pacing and the extra stories of the original , while may be long to it makes it feel a journey, in truth too long. Like you were actually exploring and moving across the world albeit slowly. And you have to recall everything , if you don't remember or dont play for weeks you may forget where you left off. After playing this , im working up to playing the 3ds or psx one next.
