Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Jul 23 → 1.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very in depth 4x with a thorough tutorial . Really well done.
As far as 4X games go, this one is excellent - really steep learning curve but a very in-depth, challenging but very rewarding game. Still being updated with DLCs and major updates too to continue to improve it! Thoroughly enjoy the available options, you can basically fully automate your entire empire or you can control every aspect of it and micro the entire thing to get it just how you want it. Basically, if you enjoy 4X space games (namely Stellaris), you'll thoroughly enjoy this one.

Great game. It's not as polished, but it does give you a unique experience of trying to manage a super large empire with the help of automation. The game's take on the 4x genre is unique and well worth it. Unfortunately it crashes all the time until you just give up trying to load your save. I've done the files integrity check, reinstalled, but I just can't get the unmodded vanilla game to work without crashes. Edit: Apparently my last 5 savegames were corrupted and I had to backtrack. I recommend saving often, and also now and then trying to load your savegames to see whether they are still good or whether corruption has set in and you need to backtrack to an older save. Edit 2: I'll leave the upvote because I love the game and I know it's a passion project for the wonderful devs, but I've stopped playing for now. I've gotten in a 100 hours and the game has crashed somewhere between 10 and 20 times. Even with lots of saving, this is too frustrating.
For all of its warts. Things that dont make sense why they havent improved much from DWU. I keep coming back because they keep updating the game and trying to improve it. Not as much as I would like, not in all the areas I would like, but I support the effort it must take. Hopefully they keep improving the guts of the game, ideally some performative optimisations, usability improvements. AND obviously the biggest selling point TC MODS. And I reserve the right to whine about it not having it so.
Love all the details and you can choose what you want to control. Very big learning curve if you have the patience. It does get a little boring when all your doing is exploring the universe. At some point you need to decide on an agenda before your opponents get too strong. Huge tech path to research. Never seen anything bigger.

Exceptional space opera game, quite complex but can it can be automated a lot. Highly recommended!
Good game, not for everyone.
I initially bought this game upon launch but got intimidated by the UI and learning curve. Already having spent a good amount of time in Stellaris and coming over to this game where everything was different put me off at first. Now years later coming back and after spending a good 20-30 hours the last week or so I have to say I have fallen in love with the game. After learning how the state and private sector works it makes more sense. My first game the private sector never got the chance to build anything and everything came to a halt. Once you learn to balance the ship building between the two everything becomes smooth. I know there has been a lot of complaints about the user interface, but after lerning my way around in the UI it actually feels intuitive to me. Could it be better? Probably but overall I'm happy with the current state of UI. Initially I didn't like that so much was automated. But it has grown on me and as I learn more and more of the game mechanics I have disabled some of the automation tasks as well disabled some of the general notifications. But I'm glad the automation options are there, it lets me learn the game at my own pace and I can disable various aspects of automation whenever I want. What I really like about this game is the way resources are handled. That the goods have to be transported to the colonies and that they have a great importance for ship building and tech.
