Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Jul 23 → 1.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
This has to be the most engaging logistics simulator I have played.

POINTS OF ORDER First, Only get it on sale Second. Still developed but on occasion and needs more improvement and more DLCS Third, the First Distant worlds was much much much better! The graphics are better but performance is an issue on older computers with low memories there's only a few new things and its 3d but all in all it is passable and up to par. This game has potential to be better than the first one but its still a long way to go. Rating 6/10
I'm impressed. I was keeping an eye out on the Steams winter sale, and I couldn't find anything that caught my attention. Until a Youtuber promoted this game as a good buy. I was skeptical, as I have played Stellaris and It was good, also was my type of game. I watched a few Youtube videos, and I was like " yes, shut up and take my money". Also its nice to see smaller Devs make something great like this. "A good dev makes a game that they love to play." Love the play style and in-depth feel, the learning curve is actually easy, and intuitive. I would recommenced this to any 4x/RTS gamer. 10/10 5 stars. The only thing lacking, IMO, is more ship classes, I would like to see more than the basic, Escort-Carrier classes. Thanks.
I'm generally not a fan of RTS games, but this one works for me. The automation settings are amazing, letting you focus on those aspects of the game you are most interested in. My one gripe is for those aspects you decide to handle manually, there are no pause-notifications that your manually-controlled units have finished their latest work and are now idle. But even that issue is manageable, you just need to frequently check in on those ships.
This is really a sideways thumb rating -- thumbs up because I am really glad games like this exist, and I'm happy to have bought it and supported the devs. The game is not really for me long term - but I think there are people who would really enjoy this. This game is in sort of a weird position -- it's not a "Casual" space opera like Stellaris, but it's also not a wargame or turn based like Shadow Empire or MOO2. If you want to spend a LOT of time building an empire, doing diplomacy, managing resources, etc. with a somewhat clunky (but 'ok" once you get to know it) interface - you might really enjoy this game. The detail for ship building and related tech is AWESOME. However, I just found the game a bit to dreary/sleepy to play (I have better things to do with my time). The music is also bad - so shut it off and put something else on in the background. I can't vote this game down though because it's clear the devs and engineers put a lot of work into this game, and there are some really cool side missions and storylines that pop up occasionally. I also liked the variety of races and sub-species. It's almost great but not good enough at the same time if that makes sense.
As someone who's extensively played many similar games, this was just so incredibly convoluted. The notification spam (although configurable) was atrocious. Could not even figure out how to do many seemingly simple/reasonable actions that took very little effort or understanding in like literally any other game like this that I've played. The automation system seems like it was a good idea; however, it's just...dumb. My systems were being constantly raided by pirates and it never initiated anything proactive about that (like say explore out to where they're coming from or maybe let me station one of my 5 fleets there), only reacting to raids which was far too late. I have many other complaints, but all around, game just feels like a terrible rat's nest of nonsense all thrown together very poorly. Unfortunately, felt entirely nonsensical to me.
Great game that l lets you go as deep or as shallow as you want when conquering/befriending the galaxy.
