it is a decent game, but really not on the same level as dishonored 1 & 2 and with roughly 8 hours of gameplay it's too short
Beautifully done game that goes more in depth in a few of the locations from the original Dishonored 2, while adding some great new locations and scenery. The environment speaks for itself, allowing all kinds of rewarding exploration. Also, the mana, movement ability, and weapons allow you to play the game in a whole new way. I honestly wish D2 had done its mana and movement this way. Displace is a great, superfun movement skill and I wish I could see a whole game with this. And I don't necessarily miss the chaos system. There are certain contracts that require you not to harm people or get noticed, so that's your reward for going stealth/merciful, but at the same time your character has a history of being a murderess, therefore high chaos may make sense in-universe. Overall, it's a great game with heists, puzzles, and super fun combat. It rewards you for pre-planning and thinking things through, even more than D1 and D2 in my opinion. 5/5.
Yes, but it's the worst of the franchise. Wasn't a fan of any of the abilities. If it was Daud, Corvo, or Emily's abilities, it would have been more enjoyable. The hook mine is very good and fun though.
