Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3/day in the week to Jul 30 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It should've just been DLC for Dishonored 2, and even if it was, it is still a disappointment for the series. Almost every facet of the game is a downgrade from the predecessors. The main positive takeaway from this title is that they made a decent replacement for the Dark Vision power. The storyline is flat and pointless, driven by characters that were once unique and now lobotomized into "deep" yet pointless quotes. They pursue goals set by the titlecard alone. Dishonored 1 had a wide cast of interesting characters to interact with, both antagonists and allies, motivation that the player directly witnesses. Dishonored 2 sets up a similar way but cuts the character variety down. Meanwhile here, there is only Daud and the Outsider, and both infrequent. Without spoilers, it neither establishes proper stakes, nor concludes a "trilogy" of story properly. The gameplay at the core is still Dishonored and that's the merit that let me finish the game. It has the least amount of powers in the whole series, which is a shame because the lack of consequences (Chaos System) of lethal vs nonlethal allow you the most freedom in a playthrough than before. The most freedom, and the least amount of tools to utilize it. Instead of it being fun that nothing matters, it feels like a chore to progress. The repetition in the levels is a massive blow as well. In a game with 5 missions, two of them are the same map, and another is a reskin of a Dishonored 2 level. The level design is the same multiple pathways we've come to expect through the series, but they feel typical and stale at this point. Enter in the sewer or the roof, or the front door. Now traverse the same level again for part 2. The only positive is the Contract system offering guidance to side-missions and concise rewards, as well as the tasks being unique. Similar side-missions in previous titles were merely new paths to the end, so it was new. There's also a strange lack of polish that I wasn't expecting at all. Mostly in audio quality, music is unremarkable and a lot of voice lines sound very flat and emotionless in situations that would demand more. However guard dialogue has a higher standard than Billie or the Outsider, in terms of audio mixing and content. The ending cutscenes never felt more rushed. TLDR: It feels like an Early Access version of Dishonored 2.5. Do not play as a first experience for Dishonored, only if you want to finish the series for yourself, or are itching for any new content.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

The Weakest of the Dishonored games, but still epic and wonderful. I adore this franchise. This small game did not not disappoint.
The murder of an empress and the saving of another put in motion chaotic events that shaped the Empire of the Isles. Now, Death of the Outsider takes you into a final adventure that will forever change the whole world: to kill a god.
Reflecting on the saga as a whole, Dishonored is amazing - a true masterpiece across board that has set the standard for my evaluation of any future video game series. The amazing works of Viktor Antonov, who defined the saga's unique 'whalepunk' aesthetic, gave us a world that felt simultaneously beautiful and corrupt. When the artists under Sébastien Mitton (art director) brought that world to life, realism was never the aim, which elevates Dishonored in glory long after its end, whereas games featuring "realistic" graphics released in the same years (2012, 2016, 2017) have ultimately lost their allure. One cannot forget that such work was masterfully underscored by the haunting, discordant scores of Daniel Licht, whose music became the very pulse of Dunwall’s streets and Karnaca's avenues. Unfortunately, both Licht and Antonov have passed, and will be forever missed. To replay the three games and write this review is, I must say, a deeply bittersweet experience. It is not just the end of a story, but the end of an era. I deeply lament that the studio that created this series is no more. The unique, brilliant constellation of talents that birthed this series has scattered, and with them, the specific magic that made Dishonored possible. What was left in their wake was that disaster of a "vampire game" released in May 2023, which serves only to remind us that the people are the studio and corporate greed births nothing worthwhile. In Arkane's fall from glory, I hear the echos of Licht's music:
Honor for all of the big and the small; Well the taller they stand, well the harder they fall. We live for today but we die for the next; With blood in our veins and the air in our chest.
What they left behind, however, is a testament to what a unified, creative vision can achieve. From the first blink to the final displacement, it was an incredible journey.
It's more Dishonored, in a good way. It's more a DLC than a standalone game, so buy it cheap. It has all the trademarks of Dishonored. There's plenty of ways to accomplish your goals, and how to get there. There's a fair amount of lore to add on to the story. Old game plus was even better than the first time through. Having a mix of older powers, with the new are even better. It's a shame this series died the death it did.
Compared to the other Dishonored games, DOTO is the one I like the least. What do you mean that the game can't fully be done Non-Lethal while trying to get All Collectibles, literally ruined my chances to do a Trilogy All Collectibles run.
It's not a bad game but it doesn't really offer anything interesting or memorable. The storyline more than anything was EXTREMELY underwhelming, if the Outsider is considered an all powerful God then it really does damage to his character and power that he gets taken care of in a 5 mission DLC that can be finished in 10 hours. I'm more disappointed than anything, I expected this to be a proper game with how much influence the Outsider had on the previous 2 games. This game felt more like a cheap cash grab from the publishers.
The first text on the store page is about free bonus content that is copied and pasted directly from Dishonored 2. They didn't even change the name! So at least they're setting expectations at the right level. This is a Dishonored 2 DLC with a new playable character. In a cooler world you'd be able to play as Billie through the base game missions, but alas. With the acceptance that this isn't a new game this becomes an easy recommend. Dishonored 2 is fantastic, this is more of it. Personally I think Billie's more limited kit works well by forcing you to be more creative with what you have, rather than picking the right tool for the job. It feels more organic than Emily or Corvo's kit, and makes direct combat much more undesirable which I think is a good thing. The levels are good, nothing close to the clockwork mansion or Stilton manor (the time travel one) but to be fair nothing is. Runs quite well but crashes occasionally, about once an hour. Ultimately if you liked Dishonored 2 you'll like this, it goes on huge discounts every major steam sale so pick it up then. :)
