Dishonored®: Death of the Outsider™

Если говорить вкратце, то в чем-то данное DLC получилось неплохим, в чем-то не дотянуло до ванильной игры. С другой стороны, на ум из минусов пришло только два момента - локации и сюжет. Про локации. В оригинале их было не сказать что много, но каждая из них была уникальна, и находилась в новом регионе. Дом Джиндоша с его постоянным перемещением комнат, особняк Стилтона, с постоянными скачками между прошлым и настоящим, еще и с возможностью изменить прошлое, что впоследствии повлияет на будущее. Здесь из всего запоминается только банк. Кунсткамеру перенесли из двушки, причем просто закрыв кучу помещений. Короче, локаций мало, плюс они повторяются в рамках беготни по району. Про сюжет, основная моя претензия, которая касается Дауда. Он вроде как рассказывает свое виденье происходящего, направляет вас, вы даете ему слово, что убьете Чужого. Но проблема в том, что все, что он говорит, не имеет веса в истории. Ведь все, что он пережил, мы даже не видели, а следовательно верить в его картину мира сложновато. В остальном же DLC получилось маленьким, но интересным. Как и со второй частью, однозначно пройду еще раз на другую концовку.

DLC Disguised as a Full game Need a New Dishonored ASAP 7/10

El doblaje es pesimo, realmente no hay una trama mas alla que asesinar al outsider, diria que es malo por ser corto pero dishonored 2 es corto y la jugabilidad mas los doblajes son buenos, no se oye como una persona que no sabe ni lo que es cortarse con una hoja de papel, ya ni hablemos del dishonored original.

This game is very liberating to play compared to Dishonored 1 and 2 because there's no chaos system and I don't have to freak out every time I accidentally kill a guard.

Narratively the weakest entry by far and has a lot of missed potential. Level design also not as good as either of the earlier games. Billy's unique powers are cool though. Recommended if you really liked Dishonored 2 and want a further taste of Karnaca.

Great game/expansion with more polish and smaller scope compared to Dishonored 2. Larger levels are interesting to explore especially with the new contract system making you pay more attention to details. Although the same large levels can make the game feel overwhelming when coming back after a break. I liked the story and Billie's character. Not sure where the lore is going since the sense of mystery about the magic was toned down with some of our questions being answered and no new questions introduced. The Outsider served as a great face for the Void for people to interact with, but without new unknowns about the Void, the plot risks coming across to some players as another "strip the magic of the world away to make it boring" story. If we ever see new games in this series, I hope they will expand on this topic. Though, one could argue that the story doesn't have to adapt to the player's perception of common tropes, so the fault here is not with the story of Dishonored but with my past experience of horribly written similar narratives.
