Isometric, turnbased RPG that has the core loop of an incremental game. Limitless customization and hours of play. Absolute gem if you like farming for optimization, idle-like growth, and tactical gameplay. The start can be quite daunting to learn the mechanics and there are some questionable quality of life aspects but if you can get over the learning curve and really juice up your characters, the game opens up incredibly well.

Good Disgaea game. TMHO a bit less than D6
I have played all but Disgaea 6 and this is one of the worst. I just lost 7 characters on level 10 of an item from one attack. That cost me about 30 minutes and up to 10 levels on several characters. I despise the Jumbility garbage.
If it had Magichange, this game would be goated. But without it, it's just a good Disgaea game. Way better than 6, but not on the same level as 4 and 5, This game is about as good as Disgaea 3
