About
Crossroads Inn is a real-time management sim set in the immersive fantasy world of Delcrys. Players must build, manage, and expand their tavern, catering to the needs of adventurers from far and wide.
With improved pathfinding, AI, engine performance, and UI, this edition brings two unique game modes, offering different experiences for both casual and hardcore gamers.
In Sandbox mode gamers will focus solely on managing their business and economy – to build their very own tavern, hire and oversee staff, manage the supply chains and create new dish recipes. In Campaign mode, micromanagement is just a prelude to a rich story as the kingdom is in turmoil and a shift of power is expected. Your Inn will soon attract the attention of important political and military figures, who are desperately trying to hold on to the reins of power. Gamers will become part of a large-scale drama full of political intrigues, vivid characters, treacherous NPC’s and dangerous quests inspired by RPG games – You will even have a damsel in distress to save!
1. Real-time management sim with RPG elements, combining immersive gameplay and storytelling.
2. Two distinct game modes: Campaign mode with a non-linear story featuring 12 different endings, and Sandbox mode for endless gameplay.
3. Rich, detailed lore featuring feuding factions, powerful organizations, and political intrigue in a low fantasy setting
4. Culinary adventure co-designed with experts from Nerds' Kitchen, offering unique recipes and a diverse menu to attract various social groups.
5. Complex tavern economy simulation with multiple customer groups, special guests, unique employees, and various resources and facilities tied together through a network of dependencies.
6. Original soundtrack composed by Marcin Przybyłowicz (The Witcher 3) and performed with traditional folk instruments from different cultures and eras.
7. Expanded in-game culinary recipes and a fully developed nutritional system to influence relationships with guests and factions.
8. Comprehensive in-game editor allowing for customization and creation of campaigns, scenarios, and adventures using all game assets.

Devs abandoned the game. They chose to leave behind a buggy, unfinished game that fans had given so much grace and leeway to, because fans believed in the concept. But the devs took the early access money and moved on, leaving this game unplayable. This will never be fixed, and never be the game we were promised. Don't give them your money
While it's an undoubtedly fun game to play, it's sadly quite unplayable. The amount of bugs I could find a workaround about were overwhelmed by a single bug I couldn't, and it ruined the experience. Staff at some point starts locking on a task they can't complete (for an unknown reason), and stop doing other tasks entirely. So, the inn is dirty; patrons outraged; hired bards, vedettas and co are just constantly unhappy. I have an army of staff to take care of everything, yet nothing works. On a good note, the campaign is fun. The vedetta mechanic is cute. If not for the fact that I couldn't make my staff do their jobs, this game would have been unique in the niche. Alas.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This could have been an awesome game. This game is so buggy that even if I try my best to ignore them, it only rewards me with nothing but frustration. I'm not sure whether the developer cares absolutely nothing about the gaming experience of the people who pay to play their games or they are simply incompetent. Either way I will avoid buying any more games from them due to the bad experience I have with Crossroads Inn.
Full of bugs and UI is complicated. Play Tavern Master instead.
This game is great, when it plays. The second you go into build mode, it crashes. No refunds available. Unfinished and abandoned, which is sad, it would be great otherwise.
Game breaking bugs eventhough its been out for years, shamefull that the devs couldnt be bothered finishing their game.
Why is this game 26GB, the graphics sucks!
Unfortunately, I can't recommend this game, despite its positive aspects. It's a management game with an interesting campaign to follow, its challenges and twists. There are many aspects to explore, and the game mechanics leave a fair amount of leeway in choosing how to manage your tavern. The learning curve isn't excessive: you try, you fail, and you start again. What I don't like is the counterintuitive system: the items are poorly organized, very poorly. Sometimes, when searching for something specific, your eyes cross; the quests sometimes make no sense, and you can't figure out how or where to solve them. I've lost count of how many times I've had to stop the game to search for answers online. But what really ruins the gaming experience are the bugs. Too many, and they constantly and continuously ruin the experience. There's no debug console, you can't reset a level, and the autosave system offers no feedback, so if the game crashes (yes, it does), you'll just have to hope it didn't save too long ago. You can indulge yourself for a few bucks, but I wouldn't spend more than 5 euros. And that's already a lot.
Polecam 7/10
