Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 23.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 4.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Dewdrop Dynasty random thoughts after completing the game (12 hours playtime total) PROS: - Loved the artstyle. Very cute aesthetic, especially the NPC's - absolutely loved the soundtrack. Probably my favourite single aspect of the game. - The platforming mechanics with the gun felt fluid and natural - Boss fights were challenging and varied which I liked - Each individual zone had a unique feel and playstyle - Short and sweet. Didn't drag on forever and every time I picked it up I was keen to pick up where I left off - I loved how you could collect cosmetic hats and wear them in game CONS: - The backtracking became tedious at times. Maybe I'm just not into Metroidvanias - Some of the items/abilities that are mandatory to collect felt useless other than being used as a "progression" checkpoint - Some enemies felt very unfair due to the lack of telegraphing with their attacks - Some enemies felt like a bullet sponge. Way too much health. - Lack of being able to move the camera down when traversing meant that you would jump downwards as a leap of faith, often landing on spikes or an enemy you couldn't see previously. - If you die in a boss fight and go to retry the boss, you have to sit through their entire cutscene again without the ability to skip ( I think the dev is fixing this soon) - Narrative felt a bit meh to me. I didn't really connect with any of the characters or care for their story. Some of the characters dialogue was humorous or witty or whimsical but otherwise felt a little flat. - You unlock the fairy bug net item that allows you to catch the fairy collectables way too late in the game. Overall 7/10, I enjoyed my time and for the price I think it's worth it. Will I play it again any time soon? Probably not but I think i got a fun experience regardless.

I like the artstlye and tone of the game. The gun-jumping mechanics and abilities feel fresh, the bosses are challenging but rewarding, the music fits perfectly, and the whole map is woven together so seamlessly. For a metroidvania, this game doesn't disappoint. Worth the money.
WORTH THE WAIT What a soundtrack What an aesthetic What a story What a soundtrack (YES I'm gonna say it twice because GOSH DANG, IT ROCKED AND IT ROLLED) Best Metroidvania I've played yet by far. Goodgis, you have my sincerest gratitude!
good job support solo devs

Great game :)
I really want to like this game, it's charming and stylish, but it's difficult to love, controls feel unrefined, and combat isn't really fun. Not to mention many bugs that are crazy to launch with, for instance I had to troubleshoot inputs within seconds of starting the game because it wasn't registering controller.
I've watched goodgis for years and have waited for this game to come out, but it is still lacking. My current main issues are: 1. Enemies are way to tanky. enemies take too many hits. In hollow knight, early enemies take from 2-3 hits. Here they take at least 5. There also an enemy that teleports around and shoots at u, but it can teleport in walls and u have to wait for it to teleport out of them to attack. Simple broom enemies take a decent amount of effort just to kill for a little bit of currency. 2. Dodge rolling is too unresponsive. When i press it i feel that it doesnt actually roll until a second later. It feels like it was responds a second to late. The game is still fun, but for the price tag, Hollow Knight, Silksong, and Gato Roboto are better purchases. I plan on updating this review if the game gets updated.
