For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Deponia is a point and click adventure game set in a giant garbage dump. You play an anti hero type character named Rufus, who tries to escape the dump for a place called Elysium. In terms of gameplay, Deponia consists mostly of puzzles that can get fairly challenging at times. As someone who has barely any experience with point and click games, I had to look up a guide multiple times throughout my playthrough, but the puzzles never felt unfair or unreasonable. One of the more interesting aspects of the game to me were the characters, which were all written well and each had their own unique personality and interesting quirks. The world building was another strength, with beautifully drawn environments and unique level design. Perhaps the biggest point of contention for me personally was the humor. The game has its very own brand of very German, early 2010s, chronically online humor, which you would otherwise only find in old TeamSpeak servers, German Counter Strike: Source servers, or maybe older German Let's Play videos like those by Gronkh. If that sounds like your kind of humor, you are absolutely going to love Deponia. I didn't grow up with that side of the internet, and as such the jokes in this game mostly didn't land with me. It's not that any of it was painfully cringe or annoying, but I didn't find it very entertaining either. Overall, Deponia feels like a well made game that was simply made for a different audience than me. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if the genre interests you at all, since I am sure the humor is on point if you are into it, and the rest of the game is very solid either way.
i wish i liked Deponia, the background art and general art style is very standout as it is very much from the era it was made in, making it feel fresh to play now my problem with Deponia stems from its bizarre way of communicating puzzles and goals to players. sometimes you have multiple ways of the game spelling out a puzzle to you, other times it feels convoluted and cryptic to where you would never think to do any of it. the 2nd area it drops you into shortly after the opening puzzle in the house is far too big with too many rooms, characters and items to all interact with to where it becomes confusing it allows you to pick up multiple items you won't need until much later, or items you need in conjunction with other items to do multiple other events until it actually lets you progress. it makes this part incredibly confusing and there are one too many instances where you'll think "ok, i did it" only to for the game to make up some reason as to why you need to do something else now. it becomes infuriating at a point this isn't helped by the game's lack of logic at points. if you think something would work, chances are it probably won't. i had an instance where i needed an item that a character said i could only have if i was injured, i click on an item in my inventory only for my character to exclaim they had drilled into their hand. this did not progress anything and the other character had no reaction. the game is filled with stuff like this if there's one area in the game i liked, it would be the scrapyard segment. all the puzzles feel naturally done and it isn't so big it feels overwhelming. some good logic puzzles in here that make you feel clever for working with your environment while the main character is the most 2012 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ protagonist you'll ever see, it is at least made clear he is the butt of the joke most the time. he only ends up seeming like the hero by comparison when the villains are somehow worse than him the music also got annoying, with it feeling like just hearing the same single track over and over that has a distinct loud noise at the start of it relative to the rest of the track's volume, making it incredibly annoying to listen to as you wander about in circles already frustrated looking for items the game's worldbuilding is actually quite good, even if a bit of an overdone concept. the way all of the environment is drawn and animated to work with this very scrap focussed areas is very neat i wish i liked Deponia more, but it is ultimately too frustrating and cryptically designed a lot of the time to be worthwhile overall 4/10
