It is challenging but it is fun! the unique quests in each level help to see everything the game has to offer, finding hidden paths or learning all the different ways to get to the end of the level just to get all the collectables, learning the whole level and all the right spots to jump and make tricks, pull out insane scores, everything is very satisfying. In Sum: gameplay - best thing in this game (it´s hard and takes some time to get used to, a lot of things to pay attention to at the same time, but pretty fun to master and the game doesn´t force you to master it to complete the campaign) Graphics - good, very pleasant to my eyes, reminds a little of the aesthetics of Jet Set Radio, with anime characters and a train theme. The environment is not highly detailed (but going full speed and making tricks, you will find it pretty enough). Story - okay, just to set the reasons for why you are doing anything. A lot of inconsistency, but the idea is to just accept and have fun in the middle of the craziness. The characters are only memorable because of their boss fights; outside that, there is not really interesting dialogue. Music - so, so good! It matches the vibes and boosts the levels of adrenaline and dopamine, kkkkk. I don’t think it will stick in your head for months, though. Price - I think it is a fair price for indie games, especially well-done ones like this. I highly recommend you try it out, and if it is on sale don´t overthink it kkkk

THIS GAME IS SO GOOD OH MY GOD IT HAS ANIME, TRAINS, DRIFTING, AND BLOWING UP A MEGACORP. WHAT ISNT THERE TO LIKE???
制作组吸大了做出来的。日本风景搭配美式街头涂鸦风格的狂野跑酷,城市,火山,大浪,怪物,辣妹,在空中耍杂技的列车,要素过多完全不知道该说什么
Extremely fun. Much more than I thought it would be. A friend of mine said this looks like "a video-game-ass video game" and they're totally right. If you're looking for a high-energy anime style game with more emphasis on *fun* than overrated "realism", this is one of all time. Buy it. The Art design is very evocative of the Dreamcast generation, with graffiti and screen effect flourishes all over. The gameplay consists mostly of scoring, racing, stunting, and battling, with story segments interspersed throughout. The straight courses and stunt areas take clear inspiration from Tony Hawk and Jet Set Radio. You rack up points by not only reaching the end but also by moving both sticks in prescribed motions to chain tricks together. Thankfully there's a complete guide provided in-game that lists all of the tricks you can accomplish. The boss battles are crazy inventive and play out with lots of dialogue to keep you invested. There's also some off-the-track set pieces that change up the gameplay and keep everything fresh. One has you steering a Ferris wheel across a body of water, while in another you fly one of the boss's own rocket arms in an attempt to literally get them to hit themselves. Denshattack has a potentially high skill ceiling, but also a low floor making it very easy for beginners to get up to speed at their own pace. The music helps in this regard by continuing it's thrum even through failures, keeping the player's motivation high. And I must also mention that the music selection is BIGGUN GINORMOUS. I haven't seen everything the game has to offer yet, but I crave my return to it. It's fun, stop making me type and just buy it!
I like train
DENSHATTAKU ! DENSHATTAKU !
The gameplay is pretty fast and satisfying. Setpiece are fast and interesting. Music is carrying hard throughout the game. Mastering a track by finding all secrets and doing a perfect combos is sick
Came for a silly game about skateboard tricks, stayed for the amazing gameplay, and nearly cried at the ending. Absolute Densha
An unhinged love letter to the Japanese railway system
There is a lot of funny or witty things I could say about this game given the nature of it. But instead I want to say the following. This is genuinely my Personal GOTY 2026, there has been no other game that has come out in the past decade that I heard about before launch and had the best time of my life playing it. I am so glad I found out about this game a year ago and waited for it. The wait was agonizing but every moment I spent playing this game made the wait worthwhile. Please I implore you to play this, we need more games that are just this fun to play and that have such unique styles with joy and whimsy flowing through them. Games that are not only inspired by the predecessors of its genre, but also carry their legacy with passion and flair; all while while screaming at the top of its lungs that this game is worth your time. Seriously, I cannot believe a game about grinding a train like a skateboard had boss fights this cool. Lastly, the music lineup is stacked. I knew going into this game after seeing the roster they got that it would be good, and I was still floored at how good it is. Absolutely 10/10 game, and this will be GOTY 2026 for time immemorial to me
