Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The combat is extremely fun and physics based. And that doesn't just encapsulate hacking and slashing. You can manipulate the environment to your advantage: Toss things, ice the ground so that enemies slip to their doom, kick people into spikes or set up a whole chain reaction of events. In my opinion it has never been replicated to this level of quality up until this day. There are some lame platforming elments and annoying backtracking / pathfinding sections, but not enough to drag Dark Messiah down all that much. The story is utter shlock and generic, but who really cares in a game like that. 8.5/10

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

It has so much replayability. I find myself dying in the same segemnt a dozend times and never growing frustrated because this game allows for so many creative approaches and has such interesting systems interacting with eachother.
Well done short fantasy game with secrets and a fun story

I'm giving this for 20 years from now on.
This game is awesome After years of watching multiple video essays on YouTube, I can officially say I played this game. And what I'm saying is this game is wonderful, old-school early 00's source jank but still a good time. Love the combat; when it clicks, it clicks. Being able to throw a barrel at one guy and kick someone else off a ledge does not get old. Some of it is great with how they design the game; the main character can't stand in one spot and fight but has to move. The story doesn't really matter; it works but is not to write home about. Issue: The movement can be weird your first time playing, some mechanical stuff, maybe the dungeon design can be repetitive if you ass as games like me but nothing caused me to dislike this game. I would even say I'm willing to play it again.
This is one of those games that I really wish would get a remake or at least a remaster. Arkane have always been amazing at making these awesome playgrounds with magic and physics where you can mess around and already with this as their second game they nailed it. With that being said, playing this game today there can be a lot of issues. First and most prominent is the technical side. This game is prone to bugs and crashes and is just not optimised for modern systems unfortunately so expect some jank to be present. Also some parts of the game haven't aged as gracefully as some other games. This game is absolutely still fun today though and the physics and spells are so much fun but just be warned that it may not run well and that the game definitely feels a little bit outdated. Apart from that if you can get the game to work then I reckon you will have a lot of fun!
