Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 8 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Really fun and spooky! Great atmosphere and I loved the puzzles. I have filled pages of my notebook with scribbles that make it look like I'm trying to summon a demon haha. Best kind of game in my opinion! The puzzle logic and navigation may be very jarring for people who aren't familiar with adventure games from this era, I think modern games tend to hold your hand a lot more. Don't expect modern polish and in game notes/tasks keeping. Be patient, keep lots of notes and inspect everything, and you'll be fine. I had to look up some hints as I had missed some interaction prompts, easy to do. But Universal Hint System website saves the day again, without outright spoiling solutions. An excellent and atmospheric creepy masterpiece, yay!
played this game as a kid and it scared the poop out of me. played it again as an adult for the nostalgia. the creepy atmosphere is really good for a 2002 P&C. i enjoyed the detective work and having to put together my own notes, but it may not be for everyone. i remembered a few things from before but mostly was having to figure it out, and when it got down to the last few things that i was missing i did end up finding a guide. it was still a good time though. the story is great. this game will always be a classic for me. the sequel is phenomenal as well.

While dated and sometimes irritating with its pixel hunting and placements of some items, it is an interesting, quite demanding, but ultimately satisfying point-and-click horror game. Has a decent story, gloomy mood, interesting lore, and some fun mechanics. The puzzles are sometimes quite difficult and require paying attention to what we read in the game world (and we read a LOT), but I felt that once I solved everything (OK, I did check WT once or twice...) I've reached a rather rewarding conclusion to my short adventure.

Yes.
Thought I would try this after completing Barrow Hill as it looked similar but no, this is a really different beast. If you liked Barrow Hill's vibe and aesthetic and don't mind something a little more spooky with a LOT more note taking and literally zero hand-holding (the latter two points there a la Myst) then give this a shot. While Barrow Hill does have some more cryptic stuff near the end you might have to think on, it at least rewards you for just trying ♥♥♥♥ and banging things together too - this game absolutely does not. Smaller brains like mine who don't have that much fun stopping the game for an hour to do cryptography or reading and rereading pages and pages of text or whatever won't get on with this. Still gets a recommend though cause it's obviously great and well-made for fans of that kind of game, Respect. I'll stick with my creepy simpler horror point and clicks instead.
Cool and eerie old school adventure game.
not bad at all. A very spooky atmosphere. The puzzles are very hard - I think without a walkthrough it might be a bit difficult.
fun! when i wasnt wishing i was dead with the ghosts
