It is a puzzle game where you will succeed not by using skill, but by getting lucky or by randomness. Apparently you need to activate the tips in the game (journal that will appear in game) to complete the puzzles. You activate this option in the settings. I am finding this out by reading other comments, and I am not suprised because it is an impossible game to progress very far without help because it is not skill or logic based. That makes a terrible puzzle game in my opinion. I refuse to activate tips because that would ruin it.

While nothing about this game really blew me away, everything about it is solid. The puzzles, voice acting, and story are all pretty good. However, I do have two big complaints: • There is a "game over" mechanic where you have to constantly go back to a panel in the corner of the room and press a button or you lose the game. It serves no purpose other than to be really annoying. • To get the full story, you need to beat the game multiple times. The puzzles are randomized, so you need to go through all the motions to complete every step of every puzzle, every time. The game takes ~4 hours to finish completely, but around 60-90 minutes of that is just padded time, repeating the same puzzles you've already completed. There is a mechanic that lets you skip some puzzles on subsequent runs, but you're only allowed to use it three times, again for no good reason. But aside from that, this is a solid game. If you're an escape room fan, this is an easy recommendation. I would put it in my top 5 escape room games on Steam.

I don't know how this game is so undiscovered. An unexpected gem of a game, a good escape room like puzzles with horror elements and suprising twist of a story. With good scares, tense (in a good way) atmosphere, plenty of secrets, interesting lore and want-to-know endings. Even without knowing that the game was made by the "mortuary assisstant" developer - it does feel like a predecessor to it (which what happened in my case), and it baffles me that all fans of MA didn't run to play the parent of it. I will highly recommend this game for people who likes escape room games, horror and fun stories. PLAY IT! :з
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! YOU HAVE NO MORE SAVE GAME IF U CLOSE THE GAME! LOST 2.5 h ON THIS ♥♥♥♥ GAME!
First you feel scared. Then you are confused. Then everything becomes clear.
This entire game was phenomenal. The puzzles had me strugglin' for a bit but we got there in the end! Great game and one my chat and I want to come back to!!
First and foremost, I LOVE the vibe of this game! I played a lot of Mortuary Assistant and this game has very similar spooky vibes. I wanted to keep playing this! That being said, I didn't find the puzzles intuitive at ALL. Most of them made me feel stupid or frustrated, not clever. I read everything, I wrote down notes, I figured out the motion sensors (kind of?), but I never did get into the computer, so I was stuck. I'm not sure how he caught me the second time, as Id just disabled the alarm system, so there's a lot of rules that are never explained. Once you're caught, you have to start over. Things are now hidden in different places and codes are different. There is also no save file, you're meant to play til the end. I never figured out how to open the safe, the weird symbols box, the security box .... I did eventually get the body outline on the ground with a clue for the symbols box, but the clue felt useless. I messed with the box for ages. Other clues were never used, either because I couldn't make sense of them, or I wasn't able to get far enough to use them. I really want to play this more and figure out the puzzles, but there needs to be more "help", more intuitive puzzles. Rather than focusing on the story and the spooky parts, I was asking immersion-breaking questions like "Why does this man have SO MANY different types of locked containers? Why are the motions sensor controls in the same room as the motion sensors? Why didn't my character just grab that sledgehammer and break down the flimsy, partially broken wooden wall she saw the "body" in to get into the next room instead of crawling around looking for tiny electrical parts? Oh, the bad guy would hear that? Good thing I have a sledgehammer! And two sharp darts! And a spade! And a screwdriver to stab him with! Oh, no? I cant use those. Right, why would a woman held captive find a weapon first, that's crazy!" Ill keep an eye on any future updates in the hopes there will be changes and Ill be able to play enough to get at least ONE ending.
too buggy to play, talking about wasting an hour looking for password while it was just a bug that blocked the enter circle also had to restart and do this all again because after a scene NOTHING was clickable it's a game about finding bugs not puzzles
Szczerze byłem pozytywnie zaskoczony początkiem i jasno wyrysowanym celem. Musiałem wejść na YouTuba by powiedzieć: "TO NIE FAIR".
