Reviews
I think the nostalgia of playing the old Commandos games definitely affected my expectations at first, especially because some of the mechanics I remembered were not present. Visually, it is really nice, and while not all levels are of equal quality, some were really enjoyable. Overall, I had a better time with it than I initially expected, and by the end, I was glad I gave it a chance.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The review from @J4MESOX4D perfectly. Additionally, the controls are a bit clunky . The most I am annoyed about is the fact that the rotation of the camera can't be bind to the middle mouse button This seems such a minor detail but but it throws me off every singe time i want to inspect the situation. I really hoped, I could escape Minimi for a bit, but not with this game. But I might come back and give it another chance when I have more time to spend. But right now, there are just to many better games to spend time playing I didn't encounter any technical issues in my short play time
Masterpiece. Old school atmosphere from C1 BEL & BCD. Clean interface and game mechanics. Without unnecessary details.
Note : 15/20.
A great modernization of the series akin to what Mimimi Games did to Desperados.
Awesome tactical game play. Takes me back to the 90s ;)
I just finished the game and really enjoyed it. The mission layout is quite complex and not too easy, but always manageable. If you liked Commandos 1 & 2, you'll have a good time over all. BUT: 1. Unfortunately, there's a big, hairy "but" coming round the corner: I have a quite good computer, so there should be no hardware issues, but at times, I went into the single digit FPS range. I was close to quitting the game for good, but then reduced the resolution and played with the video settings, which made it a lot less pretty, but playable. If playing a super shiny game with top resolution on 60 FPS is non negotiable to you, this game is not for you. If you can live with a little grain and maybe not the most realistic water animations, you should be fine. 2. The second "but" is not quite as hairy as the first one, but it made parts of the game unnecessary confusing, especially the last mission. If you're in a building or structure with doors and/or multiple levels, it's a bit tedious to see where you're going and where the enemies are. You can only see in another room, if your chosen Commando is inside or directly out the door. If you select another Commando, who's elsewhere, you can't see into the room anymore, so there's no way to go inside but to go to the door first and then through. That's fine in every mission but the last, but you'll know what I'm talking about when you get there. Also, the silouettes of enemies can be seen through floors, so there's no real way of knowing if you run into an enemy group or if you can just walk over their heads one or two floors above. This is not made well and gets worse in combination with the first problem of not seeing inside buildings. You'll be switching Commandos a lot just to have a look and try to navigate the map. All in all I liked it very much, and hey, you can kill A LOT of Nazis, and isn't that what Commandos is all about?
