Command: Modern Operations is the next generation in cross-domain modern wargaming. It enables you to simulate every military engagement from post World War II to the present day and beyond. The scale is primarily tactical/operational, although strategic scale operations are also possible.

Reviews
It is a realy good simulation. It needs some time to get into it, but with tutorials you can have some fun quickly.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Realistic.
非常に緻密に作られている。国際法に従って行動が制限されるシナリオもよし。問答無用で核を使ってもよし。 この動乱の時代に世界を好きなだけ改変できる現代戦シミュレーターです。
i play mainly on my matrix version. its on my SD. great game. probably an average at best player but it never ceases to amaze. i can get lost for hours just on reading the info on systems. maps are good, runs smoothly on my computer. a lot of fun. incredible detail. have most of the dlcs /add ons. all except falklans which i will buy. outstanding job to all. a lot of fan content too. thanks!
In the trailers and promotional images, the game showcases a third-party plugin called "Tac-View" that literally makes the game look better and more interesting until you realize you need a subscription to the Enterprise version to use it. I consider this a deceptive tactic since the game doesn't even come with a trial version or anything. Secondly, you can understand the game in a couple of days, until you realize you're commanding mindless NPCs with no independent judgment, not "humans" who train for 7-10 years to be pilots. You'll spend more time fighting the idiotic and braindead AI than the UI, also enemy ai sucks at attacking, u can cheese USA or Russia even with the somalian army lmao
This game is easily one of the most detailed and rewarding military strategy games I’ve ever played. The level of realism is incredible just starting from radar systems and sensor mechanics to aircraft, ships, ground units and their weaponry. What I like the most is the level of planning involved. Principle of setting up patrols, managing detection and coordinating strikes. Then when you reach the point of your plan working perfectly with either zero or minimal casualties, you really feel satisfied. It definitely has a learning curve, really, really, long learning curve than other strategy/war games, but if you ask me, it’s worth getting into. I believe I personally know just maybe 5% of the ingame mechanics, literally. You can play gazillion of community made scenarios which are often very great, or you can spend your groschen on not so cheap DLCs that are filled with great content but yeah, the price tag. I strongly suggest for people to get into editor and create their own scenarios, for me this was great way to learn some more complex mechanics. If you’re interested in modern military strategy and don’t mind taking the time to learn the systems, CMO is for you. 10/10.
meteor go brrrrr
This game isn either going to sit unplayed for the next year, or i'm going to be on my deathbed thinking about how i could have won a campaign better.
