Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
I didn't get very far into this game because the sense of humor seemed extremely childish (one character steals the cherry and then everyone starts dancing). I like silly humor but it was too immature. The music was also forgettable. Id only recommend if you're looking for something to play with young children.
A Small Adventure Full of Personality
CHUCHEL is one of those games that immediately makes it clear what its goal is: to entertain. Created by the same studio behind Machinarium, Botanicula, and Samorost, it trades complex storytelling and difficult puzzles for pure creativity, visual humor, and a constant sense of fun. It is a short adventure, but one that manages to leave a smile on your face from beginning to end.
Humor Above Everything Else
The game's greatest strength is undoubtedly its humor. Nearly every scene introduces a new joke, an unexpected interaction, or a ridiculous situation involving Chuchel and his rival Kekel. The comedy is largely visual, relying on expressive animations, exaggerated reactions, and clever timing rather than lengthy dialogue. What makes the humor work so well is that it never feels repetitive. The game constantly introduces new ideas and rarely stays with a joke long enough for it to wear out its welcome. Even when a puzzle is simple, the journey to its solution is often entertaining enough to be memorable on its own.
Simple but Enjoyable Puzzles
Players looking for a serious challenge may find CHUCHEL fairly easy. Most puzzles can be solved without too much effort, and I managed to obtain all achievements in just a few hours. That said, I don't believe difficulty was ever the point. The puzzles serve primarily as a vehicle for the game's creativity and humor. Instead of trying to frustrate the player, they keep the adventure moving at a pleasant pace and allow the game's imagination to remain the main focus.
A Unique Artistic Identity
Visually, CHUCHEL is impossible to mistake for any other game. Its bizarre characters, exaggerated animations, and colorful environments create an identity that feels both strange and charming. Every screen feels handcrafted, and every animation contributes to the game's playful atmosphere. The art style may not appeal to everyone at first glance, but it perfectly complements the absurd world the developers have created.
Sound Design That Completes the Experience
The sound design deserves special recognition. Much of the game's comedy would not work nearly as well without its excellent use of sound effects and music. The audio enhances every reaction, every failure, and every victory, helping transform even the simplest moments into memorable ones. Together with the visuals, it creates an experience that feels surprisingly alive despite its simplicity.
Short but Never Wasteful
CHUCHEL is not a long game. Completing the story and earning every achievement only takes a few hours, making it easy to finish in one or two sessions. However, I never felt that the game needed to be longer. Its ideas remain fresh throughout its entire runtime, and it wisely ends before any of its mechanics or jokes become repetitive. In a gaming landscape filled with unnecessarily stretched experiences, there is something refreshing about a game that knows exactly how long it should be.
Final Verdict
CHUCHEL is a simple game, but simplicity is exactly what makes it work. It is creative, charming, funny, and full of personality. Rather than trying to impress with complexity, it succeeds through imagination and impeccable comedic timing. It may only last a few hours, but those hours are packed with creativity and genuine enjoyment. If you appreciate quirky humor, unique art styles, and lighthearted adventures, CHUCHEL is an easy recommendation.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Curto, divertido e engraçado, não vale o preço cheio mas em promoção vale bastante a pena.
One must imagine Chuchel happy. This game is one of the funniest games I have played, it gave me many laughters and felt well made. I experienced one time where I needed to restart the game during a loading sequence, but otherwise it was a very pleasant experience. Like many of this studio's titles, it is playable without knowing any English and can be played by all ages.

Beautiful animations, simple but fluid story, fun puzzles packed with easter eggs. The cutscenes are genuinely clever, the kind of ideas you rarely see anywhere else. A little masterpiece that deserves to be played.
i dont know exactly who the target audience could be besides a child. thats not a bad thing, but i wish that was made more clear. the description and many reviews mention how funny this game is but i cannot fathom giggling once during this as an adult with a fully developed frontal lobe.
Игра очень интересная красивая рисовка история интересная и сюжет, багов я не нашла и это большой плюс, ещё игра в моей коллекции и я полностью довольна, игру рекомендую.
отличная игра, жаль что проходиться всего за 2 часа
CHUCHEL is a cute and simple game that can be fun for a while. It has a unique sense of humor, charming visuals, and easy puzzles. At the same time, it is not something that particularly impressed me or left a lasting impression. Overall, it doesn’t disappoint, but it doesn’t really stand out either — just a pleasant little game to enjoy for a few hours. My rating is 6/10.
