Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.63/day in the week to Aug 3 → 21.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Cast n Chill's a laid-back fishin’ game for folks who’d rather wet a line than break a sweat. Whether yer driftin’ on a lazy lake, pokin’ 'round a winding river, or droppin’ lines in salty blue water, this here’s a game where you set the pace.
Start with the basics, catch whatever bites, sell your haul, and put those coins toward better rods, reels, and upgrades. Before ya know it, you’ll be wranglin’ rare species that’d make any angler green with envy.

Find yer favourite fishin’ hole or keep wanderin’. There’s 16 peaceful spots to discover, each with its own critters swimmin’ 'round, just waitin’ to bite.

In Active Mode, you’re in the thick of it - castin’, reelin’, and keepin’ busy like a loon at nesting time.
Switch to Passive Mode if you’d rather let the game do the work while you’re off choppin’ wood.
Set it up on a second monitor or tuck it in the corner - come back later and see what kind o’ haul the fish gods left ya.
There’s 50+ fish to discover - some you’ll recognize, some you’ll squint at and go “what in the heck is that?” From scrappy little sunfish to big ol’ deepwater beasts, they’re all in the logbook waitin’ for your name.

There’s 16 fish out there that still get folks jabberin’ at ol' Rusty's bait shop like they saw Bigfoot ride a moose. Land one, and you'll be part o' the legend.
Grab your rod and call a buddy, Cast 'n Chill now has co-op! Whether you’re lookin’ to kick back and fish side-by-side or stir up a bit of friendly competition, it’s all better with company.

Nothin’ beats a day on the lake with a four-legged friend. They might not know a spinnerbait from a spoon, but they’ll help you spot a fish - if only 'cause they’re hopin’ for a bite themselves.

Roll up your sleeves and bring a worn down lakeside shack back to life, then kick back and enjoy the quiet while fishin’ off your own dock. Stock your pond, mount replicas of your best catches, and settle in while your trusty companion curls up by the fire.

The game is absolute peak. This game has everything that you could hope for in a relaxing fishing game. The game is fun and there is a lot to do and I still haven't done everything in the game even after 14 hours I'm gonna give this peak game 9,5/10 rating

Fun game and relaxing
super jeu
muito bom, gameplay simples pra deixar de landscape mas os pexão requer habilidade, a progressão de conquista e a pixel arte é oq faz querer terminar o jogo
Great game. The pixel art is stunning, every in-game location is a work of art. The fishing system is really fun. Hard enough to remain entertaining and keep you engaged, but simple enough not to be annoying. I loved fighting the bigger fish for several minutes before i got a stronger rod. Is also nice with a controller, with it vibrating when a fish starts fighting - you can admire the art and still feel what the fish are doing. The items in the game are not always direct upgrades of one another, you still find use in smaller rods and baits. Makes the progress less linear, with smaller fish being terrified of massive rods. The character customization is simple but stylish and inclusive. Nice for enby players as well, not overloaded with unnecessary detail. Loved the thought behind the customization of the gameplay as well. You can set it up based on if you like casual gaming or a lot of grind. My ONLY issue with the game is that the cat from the support pack is visually too large, bigger than some of the dog models even. If the cat was smaller compared to the human character, the game would be genuinely perfect.
i like fih
I don't fish, but this is a very fun way to do it! As a completionist gamer who loves chiller vibes, Cast n Chill is the perfect blend of striving to achieve progress and self-paced relaxation. The scenes are pixel beauty, the doggie companion is very cute and cuddly, and the music is light, never overbearing. I enjoyed learning the different species and varieties of fish, lure, and rods. The only thing I'd change is some of the UI. When completing achievements or trying to budget my money, I was missing a place to find out my current balance or what fish I had caught in the session. Sure, I can drive back to the dock to get this info, but it would've been nice to know money and fish species currently in holding during a session so that I can focus on specific species I needed or sizes of fish while out on the water. Honestly, that wasn't the end of the world. Play this game. It's rewarding, and you'll have a chill time!

Just about the most beautiful game I have ever played. I am a sucker for good pixel art, but this game just knocked it out of the park. I like that the fishing mechanic is a bit more about feel than just keeping some meter in the green. Of course it is fairly simple, but it has that sort of extra magic to it. I generally do not care about idle game mechanics, but it was kind of nice, that I was able to have this on and just listen to ambient sounds of it while I worked and then I could just focus on the fun part of catching the big fish and finding the legendaries. Fantastic little game, worth every penny. I played it on Steam Deck OLED and it works great, framerate is smooth and the colors rally pop on the screen.
