Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.43/day in the week to Sep 3 → 2.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Great story. I got frustrated when i couldn't progress anymore in Veteran difficulty so i replayed the whole game in hardened difficulty. This was fun to play. I enjoyed it.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I just wanted to check if this game works on Linux but I stayed for the whole game (campaign). I must say it was fun although a bit short and archaic. It was almost as good as I remember. I can recommend this game if you want to recall good old times where games were meant to have fun.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I literally decided to start playing the early games just for the sake of it. I’d been getting bored with all the games lately, especially online ones… I decided to savour what it was like to play back then, when video games were just starting out. I don’t think I’ve enjoyed a game quite like this one. Obviously, you have to bear in mind that it’s a game from 2003, so I wasn’t expecting mind-blowing graphics. But I didn’t care. I was able to switch off, to reconnect with the version of myself who used to enjoy video games without getting frustrated. I laughed, got annoyed (in the best sense of the word, even if it doesn’t sound like it), felt happy, and shouted like a winner after beating a level. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced something like that. I’m thinking of downloading the DLC just so I can keep enjoying this gem. And my next game is Call of Duty 2... Now that I’ve finally got some money (and a job), it’s time to spend it on video games that are worth it. My final score is a solid 8.5. It’s really surprised me, both as a shooter and in terms of its objectives. I would have liked the story to have been a bit more connected between missions, but honestly, the game is already bloody brilliant for one of the first Call of Duty games. The soundtrack alone makes this game well worth playing. So, if you’re on the fence, grab it and experience it for yourself.
The original classic. A complex and cinematic game for it's time, rich soundtrack and tight gameplay make for a fantastic experience. Gotta play it if you like World War 2 shooters - it paved the way for the rest of them.
Charming campaign that's worth viewing even today
The game won,t open anymore? it used to but now its got a graphics problem?
