Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

About
Inspired by the iconic Blair Witch legend, this game expands the mythos with a new story set years after the original film.
You play as Ellis, a former police officer on the search for a missing boy. With only your loyal dog Bullet at your side, you push deeper into the Black Hills Forest, where the woods twist memories, warp time, and prey on your fears. As the forest closes in, you will uncover fragments of Ellis’s troubled past and face a presence that watches you from just beyond the treeline – waiting for you to lose yourself in the darkness.
Modern-day masters of horror Bloober Team channel the series’ signature tension and psychological dread, delivering a chilling journey into the heart of the Black Hills Forest.
Solve the Mystery – Investigate the disappearance of a young boy using the tools at your disposal (camera, cell phone, flashlight) to survive the nightmares that come your way.
Your Sanity Against Her Curse – Navigate a living, shifting forest filled with supernatural dangers. The way you react when in peril will determine what you ultimately learn about yourself.
A True Best Friend – Your trusted canine sidekick, Bullet, is always by your side. You can pet him and feed him treats, ortreats or choose to discipline him if he wanders off. How you treat him directly impacts your story.

Melodramatic dog-walking simulator. As others have said, absolutely no connection to Blair Witch besides being set in a forest decorated with stick-and-twine ornaments. Even the ornaments, while the movie made them seem creepy and foreboding, this game turns them into collectables. The only suggestion of horror is dead bodies. To create horror the movie seeded the situation with an appeal of authenticity, tainting the water with various stories arousing primal fear, superstition, inherited night-terrors of culture and genes, allowing the mind to serve the purpose of consciousness - filling in the gaps. The movie never did present a horror. It provided an emptiness for the viewer to project horror onto. In contrast, this game not only contradicted the single focus of horror suggested by the movie, an absentia taking on the form of the viewers imagination, instead providing various badies, but those badies ranged from laughable to tired cliche, and none present any tangible danger to the player. Ever. The world itself, the models, the map, the set pieces, the atmosphere, the sound, it was all done really well and when first starting the game gave promise. Playing through the game it quickly became clear that there was no particular provocation of fear, which is disappointing but still the game provided some entertainment. And then came the nonsense badies. And the boring, irrelevant and beaten-dead-horse of a story. But they kind of came and went and still it was not that bad. It was now a treasure hunt in an aesthetically appealing setting with irritating but minor distractions. And then the calamity of creatives is imposed upon the player, the relentless self-glorious presentation of longingly coveted emotional turmoil masquerading as artistic expression. A will to convey a meaning as purposeless and unauthentic as is the obstacle of a rolling pile of leaves in a supposedly horror setting. Piled on as thick as the forest and bog of the swamp that the character has just passed through. And it drags on and on and on. For no reason. And no reward. Nothing is added. Nothing is gained. No reward. No challenge. Nothing worth saying. If it wasn't for this ending, which I think may have dragged on for several hours in fact, then I'd have been overall satisfied with this game. Instead, I think I actually hate Bloober Team.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's a walking simulator, but a surprisingly good walking simulator! The game is mostly exploration with investigative elements, but the real treat here is the narrative and immersion. The woods really draw you in and feel spooky, I highly recommend headphones so you can get the full affect of creepy noises and occasional whispers in your ear. I really enjoyed the story, the slow unraveling of the mystery and they even low key touch on mental health awareness a bit. Like every other game made by Bloober team, this project was clearly made by fans of the source material and fans of the genre, made evident of every detail and easter egg waiting to be discovered.
Сюжет классный , к покупке советую , особенно из сябатьки (я ее назвал чухан)
Emotional roller coaster
I really enjoyed the intro to this game. I played this game in two sessions (about 5-6 hours total). And did not enjoy the sound quality or world building. Not the type of game I would expect an orchestra to play in the background. There are allot of blink and you'll miss it aspects in this game. And other horror tactics however I don't recall any jump scares. Parts of this game feels like a filler episode you just want to skip. There is replay value since I didn't search every area / multiple endings. I find it hard to rate this game as I was just pushing through in the end. For a 2019 game id have to say a solid 6/10. Not expecting a sequel unless more comes out from the films.
