Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 25 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I do appreciate psychological horror and there were some creepy moments once you get into the school. And I guess the game had enough going for it that I decided to finish it. (Although that's not saying much as its not a very long game.) But overall I found this game lacking in a number of key areas which makes it hard for me to recommend. - The story and its twists and turns felt like something a 15 year old boy would write. There are aspects to the story that I guess are supposed to catch you by surprise, but just left me rolling my eyes. - There are numerous moments where the game either takes control away from you, or has you sitting around doing nothing while some audio plays out. And it can be for a solid 30 seconds or more sometimes. I deplore choices like that in games. - While the game was genuinely creepy at times, it basically uses the same formula to try and scare you the entire game. So I quickly became desensitized to it and eventually it just felt annoying. Overall I'd probably skip this one unless its dirt cheap and you really just want something creepy to distract yourself for a couple of hours.

Left Alone

A Hidden Gem in Psychological Horror
Left Alone delivers a refreshing take on psychological horror, steering clear of jump scares and focusing instead on a slowly building atmosphere and engaging storytelling. For those who appreciate a more cerebral horror experience, this game offers a unique journey worth taking.
Story and Gameplay
The narrative centers around Joel, an ex-soldier left in a state of despair after his family abandoned him during a coma. As he seeks solace in a camping trip with two friends, things take a sinister turn when they become trapped in an abandoned school. The story is well-crafted and unfolds organically, maintaining cohesion throughout without spoon-feeding its underlying themes. While the game is a first-person puzzle experience, the puzzles are generally not complex. Players may find themselves wandering and searching for obscure items to progress, which can extend playtime. Some segments might feel tedious, particularly when revisiting areas to solve puzzles. However, the overall flow of the game is engaging, with a runtime of approximately four hours that feels rewarding rather than rushed.
Atmosphere and Sound Design
The game’s sound design stands out as one of its strongest elements. The unsettling audio effects and eerie music contribute significantly to the immersive atmosphere, creating a sense of dread that lingers throughout. Unlike many horror games that rely heavily on jump scares, Left Alone expertly builds tension, using subtle audio cues to unsettle players. Visually, while the game may show some rough edges—such as clipping issues with objects—the dark, claustrophobic environments enhance the psychological horror experience. The flashlight mechanic, though initially enticing, can be frustrating due to limited battery life, pushing players to navigate in darkness and adding to the tension.
Conclusion: A Worthwhile Experience
Despite some initial reservations, Left Alone proves to be a hidden gem within the indie horror genre. Its thoughtful storytelling, atmospheric sound design, and engaging puzzles combine to create a memorable experience. While it may not appeal to everyone, particularly those seeking a more action-oriented horror game, fans of psychological horror should find plenty to appreciate. If you enjoy a slower-paced, narrative-driven experience, Left Alone is certainly worth your time. Le di una oportunidad. Tosco. Sigo. ... La broma ya valió xD
Left alone, forgotten... frustrated... only the path forward, into the unknown... Is this all for real? What is going on? What is is this place? Have you got what it takes to make it through?
Really enjoyed this and I’m looking forward to the Rebirth version. If it has more of the Adventure Kit the dev made, I know it’s going to be great. Also, the Adventure Kit itself is genuinely really good—if you make games solo, professionally, or even just as a hobby, I’d definitely recommend checking out this developer’s kits. A few small bugs here and there, but nothing that affected gameplay for me at all.
Very good Sppoky~ But weird ending......
