In BioShock 2, you step into the boots of the most iconic denizen of Rapture, the Big Daddy, as you explore through the decrepit and beautiful fallen city, chasing an unseen foe in search of answers and your own survival.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7/day in the week to Aug 20 → 7/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Gostei dessa sequência, o problema é o game crashando do nada (tive que colocar o comando -dx9) mas fora isso, sensacional. Agora falta o infinite :)

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 14: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

positive critical· bar length = how often the theme comes up
I was forced to harvest lil sis because I kept crashing at Dionysus Park and towards the last levels. Would still recommend because story was great to me. I did do something to minimize crashing but forgot. I do recommend saving before major fights with multiple mobs.
Terrible remaster of an incredible game! Awful broken sound engineering plus crashed despite attempting multiple "fixes"
Really good game, the first one dwarfs this in terms of story, boss/key enemy fights, and pacing. However, this has slightly better gameplay with newer enemies and different weapons that fit the theme of being a big daddy. The character models are hugely improved, just compare Tenenbaum from Bioshock 1 to this game. Characters as a whole are less interesting as Bioshock 1. Ryan, Atlas, and Sander Cohen are easily the 3 most interesting characters across the whole series, and they're all in Bioshock 1, but Sinclair and Lamb do make as the two most interesting characters in this game and their presence throughout are felt. If you loved Bioshock 1, seriously temper your expectations, this game feels a lot like Bioshock 1 and improves on combat, but when it comes to delivering a really compelling story, it falls short of what Bioshock 1 accomplished. I think the Spare/Kill gimmick for characters lands pretty well. The ending variety is FANTASTIC, but the ending doesn't pay off as well as Bioshock 1 does even though there's only really 2 endings to 1, and a technical 3rd. The change to Little Sisters is also really good, being able to 'gather' with them like you see in Bioshock 1 (but can't do) is an awesome inclusion and the gameplay payoffs are awesome. There's also a decent amount of unnoticed/unimportant things, the water sections are cool and there's some slugs that have ADAM in some of them. The only real drawback is that this game crashes A LOT, you should be saving every 5 minutes. It's tiring, but as far as I know this is the best way to play this game on PC. No multiplayer achievements for achievement hunters (the original version on Steam has multiplayer achievements and Bioshock 2's multiplayer was never really that big, and apparently that version crashes a lot too, and you can't save a multiplayer game). From what I can tell and have read, the crashes mostly have to do with how many audio files are playing at a time. So fights with many entities (turrets, splicers, etc.) will frequently result in a crash. I would quicksave before and after every single fight that you can, especially with Big Daddies and Little Sister gathers.
incredible game, definitely still worth playing. Didnt have any issues with crashes like others here. Maybe because im still on windows 10?
Absolute cinema, але багато вилетів до встановки спеціального моду
Puede que no sea taaan bueno como el 1 pero sigue siendo + contenido sobre Rapture, mejoras visuales y un mundo más rico aún que la primera entrega.
