Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced

Introduction
It's been 13 years since I played for the first time the original Black Flag on my PS3. It was a simple day, going home after school, and my dad had a pleasant surprise, a Disc of a game that seemed to be familiar. I was so excited to play this game back then, what I've seen in that game 13 years ago, for me the visuals were already like resynced. All of these emotions alone, had me waiting for this massive improvement for over a year after hearing about the leaks of a "Black Flag Remaster". It's the setting everyone was happy to get back to, because for it felt familiar, cozy, pleasantly beautiful - sailing through Caribbean Sea, singing shanties, getting drunk, fighting pirates, and so much more. For me Ubisoft has achieved this again, giving me the same nostalgic vibes, and a taste of what I remember it was something good.

Story
From the beginning until the end, the game offers peak AC story, with a character we all grew and love. I really appreciate Edward's determination for getting rich, this is what I've been struggling in the past 3 years but let's focus on the game here. Additionally to the main story, there have been some nice additions, that improve the game, and I enjoyed them. The voice acting again is at it's highest level, delivering the emotions to support the played character, growing an attachment to each one of them along the way.

Characters
After playing AC: Shadows, this game is a cleanser for my soul. If that game had characters that displayed 0 emotions, here I was left almost in tears. As I previously said, finally I can see characters that really motivate you, that have a desire to achieve something, be it big or small. Edward is on the path of getting a better life, by getting rich. The path he does to get there is rough, and I really like the fact that they put his character be at the right place at the right time..., I guess, but you get the point. Each one of them has a path ahead, and being a pirate that path can lead only to demise, this is what all of them already knew. I really enjoyed Black Beard's ark, and how he has grown and changed as a character. Also big shout out to my boy Stede Bonnet, what a great guy. Most of the characters displayed in this game, have lighten up my curiosity for the history of pirates that roamed the Caribbean Sea, and I rarely get interested in something real, after I play a video-game.

Gameplay
I genuinely enjoyed the gameplay, both in combat and stealth, but the parry is not enjoyable, and there were many times when I pressed the block button, but wasn't getting it. I could parry in Elden Ring bosses far more easily than here, this was the only thing that got me frustrated at times, but overall is ok. For some reason, they simplified everything that comes with the fighting part, I had literally no issue at all and I enjoyed the fighting, and also the usage of the rope dart, gun fighting and berserk/sleeping darts was really enjoyable. What I enjoyed very much, is the fact that here we had no skill points, no leveling up system, back to how it was, simple, without overcomplicating advanced improvement systems, just collect some animal pelts and upgrade some gear that's it. That was for the character part, but for the ship, it was a bit grindy, but it was fine. There is no "grind" when you actually enjoy the naval fights tho. The "AAA experience" moments included pettings animals, collecting a bunch of collectibles, and grinding the hell out of naval contracts... to hang up as decorations in my base. Remember, as soon as you get access to naval contracts, start adding ships to your deck, and send them to loot the collectible items. Since it will get really tiring and you will just wait (like I did) lots of hours to grind these god forsaken items. Overall, the gameplay was really good, it gave me everything I came for.

World and the weather
Black Flag's world was really big back in the day, and to today's standards it didn't fell short. On the contrary, I really enjoyed the fact, that I finally can travel less, enjoying the travel, instead of having massive mythology realms to roam and have nothing to do. Don't get me wrong, I went WOOOW exploring Valhalla's, Odyssey's and Origins' base and DLC and mythological space, but maaan I was so tired, I wanted to finish the game already, and it derived from the course of action. Here, we have an improved looking world, with a couple more side-quests, which made the travel in different parts of the map enjoyable. When it comes to the weather, the world is indeed beautiful when it rains, when it's sunny and even when you're sailing and get hit by a massive tornado. Well done on this part.

Graphics and optimization
The visual part of the game is amazing, breathtaking. I had no fps drops. Overall, the game was very balanced and optimized from the beginning, of course maybe with small issues that were fixed fast within the first week but they weren't noticeable for me.

Conclusion
I totally recommend this piece of art to any AC fan that has been here along the way. Let's hope the next installment will be like this, if not BETTER in all aspects.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 6: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

It is not perfect but it does capture the old essence of AC4 and previous titles.

I skipped Shadows, but other then that this is the best game in the franchsie for a LONG time. It keeps everything that was great about AC:BF years ago and adds a ton of improvements. I recommend buying it, even at full price. We can just hope Ubisoft leans from this success.
Has it's small flaws compared to the original (no hidden blade combat or pickup weapons) but overall a great remake. I have had a smooth experience even before the patch with a bug or two. Since the patch its been flawless. Faithful besides a few animations not looking as good in cutscenes without mocap. Overall can recommend with 50+ hours in with side content, addicting.
