Crashes too much to stay immersed in the story, which is the only redeeming quality of this game. It crashed about once per level, which is more frequent than the autosaves. Meaning you will need to replay multiple levels to make it through this.

Mine is a modest recommendation of this game. The playtime is very short. I wasn’t as convinced by the story compared to other titles in the Amnesia franchise. That being said, the story is a nice addition to the lore of the series. However, the lore is stronger and more relevant in other Amnesia games. You can have fun playing this game.
Yo habiendo jugando el primer Amnesia y a mando sus mecánicas, este juego no es lo que esperaba.... pero no lo considero mal juego. Considero que este juego paso por lo mismo que Dark soul 2, lo recomiendo pero ten en mente que el juego desea contarte una historia y deja de lado el survival.
I like it
I'll start by stating upfront, this ones not as good as the Dark Descent, but that's a pretty high bar in my mind, so it's not a fair measuring stick. This one is closer to a walking sim, much closer to Layers of Fear, than the Dark Descent. The music and atmosphere are well done, so it's more 'creepy' than 'scary'. I did find the story and meta-narrative engaging, if a bit on-the-nose, and it drove me forward to see how it turns out. I don't know if the ending sticks the landing or not. I would really suggest playing this one first before The Dark Descent, because this game does do things well, but there are some borrowed assets from The Dark Descent that this game doesn't utilize as well. Playing this game afterwards, every one of those assets had me thinking "Oh that's from the Dark Descent" whilst playing, and it took me a bit out of the experience. In summary, it's good, but not as good.

Not as good as Dark Descent but a really amazing story and definitely worth the play through. Audio is really immersive and the atmosphere is incredible. Score: 6.6/10
