About

Aloft is a feel-good, cozy survival game set in the clouds, where you can transform any island into a flying ship and explore the vast skies.
Navigate the world, discover new islands, gather resources, build your dream home, and take care of your animals, solo or as a group of up to 8 friends.
Yet within nature’s beauty, a corruption spreads. Root it out and cure the fungi threat that devours all other life. Uncover lost knowledge, brew powerful antidotes, enrich the biodiversity of the islands, and restore balance to the airborne ecosystem.

Aloft’s feel-good survival is more about rewarding positive action than punishing mistakes.
The sky provides everything you need; cook up delicious meals for buffs, gather resources to craft tools, and explore to find new technology. Soar the open sky freely and discover ancient ruins to uncover the secrets of the past.

Soar the open skies in a vast sandbox world and turn any island into your personal skyship.
Build and customize it into your personal home. With a helm, rudder, and sails constructed, you are ready to sail the winds and explore the skies. You are the captain of your adventure!

The wind is an ever-present ally in Aloft.
Install windmills and a network of cables and pulleys to automate your machines and production. Fly into strong winds to supercharge your crafting power and sailing speed, but make sure your sails can handle it.

Each island is its own living ecosystem, vulnerable to unsustainable gathering and the fungi corruption.
Find and cure islands from corruption by defeating the mushroom creatures in combat. Craft antidotes to save animals and restore islands to a state of harmony. By restoring their biodiversity, you gain access to new special resources, and make them more resistant to the corruption.

Collect seeds and animals on your travels and bring them to your home island.
Plant various crops in your garden to cook up delicious recipes, and care for the cuddliest of animals to gain rare resources. Form a true bond by meeting all their needs, and they will even protect you.

Creativity lies at the heart of Aloft, which can be enjoyed as a peaceful solo experience or with up to 7 other players.
Bring your entire island base when you join another player’s world, and create a small village of sky explorers. Use the in-game island creator to design anything you can imagine, then share it with the community to populate their worlds.
Craft the island of your dreams, challenge the corruption, restore balance, and express your creativity in the limitless skies of Aloft.
See you in the clouds!

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is a mixed review after 30 hours of play. I find that the game itself is and can be very beautiful and peaceful. Building up your island feels very rewarding, however the building itself is one of the worst in any game I've played. Progression as well feels poorly done. The systems make me feel like the devs couldn't decide on which system they liked and ended up mashing them together. Farming and animal husbandry is nice, animals are cute and you can pet them. However animals can disappear and the smaller critters (while adorable) have very limited animations and no movement making them feel largely lifeless. There is very little explanation or guidance to how you do things, what your doing, or why. Also there is very little lore and no real storyline. Exploration is cool and you find some interesting abandoned villages and neat puzzles or obstacle courses, however many islands have little of worth or value and begin to feel repetitive As far as crafting goes there are some cool mini games to crafting but there are also some that where best left on paper like early game cooking water which needs to be done manually via a mini game that gets very repetitive and gives about 5 water per minute. Altogether this is a pretty game that has some nice peaceful moments but ultimately feels disorganized by to many ideas and systems being mashed together. As it's still in early access I hope the devs can streamline the experience into a more pleasurable and reward time.
I do think this a good blend of exploration and base building. It is a pretty relaxing game.
Fix the multiplayer. Right now, it doesn't exist.
Would love to recommend the game but it constantly stutters and barely hits 50 fps even with everything set to low, I understand my pc might be a little dated but it definitely shouldn't struggle as much as it does considering it isn't even utilizing 50 percent of any of my components
This game has all you need to relax and farm, raise animals and also fight to recover islands that have been taken by the corruption. I like the fact that you own a glider and enjoy the freedom of flying, even though there are some limits. Also like that you have your own island that you use to travel places. It's a fun game to play with friends. For being an early access game it's very well done! Good job developers, keep adding more content. Thank you.
Satisfyingly relaxing game. It has just enough "cozy" and "adventure" to give you an unrushed sense of accomplishment. I look forward to seeing where they take this game. I keep coming back with each major update.
Ein wunderschönes Spiel. Macht besonders im Koop Spaß. :)
