About

Aloft is a feel-good, cozy survival game set in the clouds, where you can transform any island into a flying ship and explore the vast skies.
Navigate the world, discover new islands, gather resources, build your dream home, and take care of your animals, solo or as a group of up to 8 friends.
Yet within nature’s beauty, a corruption spreads. Root it out and cure the fungi threat that devours all other life. Uncover lost knowledge, brew powerful antidotes, enrich the biodiversity of the islands, and restore balance to the airborne ecosystem.

Aloft’s feel-good survival is more about rewarding positive action than punishing mistakes.
The sky provides everything you need; cook up delicious meals for buffs, gather resources to craft tools, and explore to find new technology. Soar the open sky freely and discover ancient ruins to uncover the secrets of the past.

Soar the open skies in a vast sandbox world and turn any island into your personal skyship.
Build and customize it into your personal home. With a helm, rudder, and sails constructed, you are ready to sail the winds and explore the skies. You are the captain of your adventure!

The wind is an ever-present ally in Aloft.
Install windmills and a network of cables and pulleys to automate your machines and production. Fly into strong winds to supercharge your crafting power and sailing speed, but make sure your sails can handle it.

Each island is its own living ecosystem, vulnerable to unsustainable gathering and the fungi corruption.
Find and cure islands from corruption by defeating the mushroom creatures in combat. Craft antidotes to save animals and restore islands to a state of harmony. By restoring their biodiversity, you gain access to new special resources, and make them more resistant to the corruption.

Collect seeds and animals on your travels and bring them to your home island.
Plant various crops in your garden to cook up delicious recipes, and care for the cuddliest of animals to gain rare resources. Form a true bond by meeting all their needs, and they will even protect you.

Creativity lies at the heart of Aloft, which can be enjoyed as a peaceful solo experience or with up to 7 other players.
Bring your entire island base when you join another player’s world, and create a small village of sky explorers. Use the in-game island creator to design anything you can imagine, then share it with the community to populate their worlds.
Craft the island of your dreams, challenge the corruption, restore balance, and express your creativity in the limitless skies of Aloft.
See you in the clouds!

Exploration 10/10 Most of what you will be doing. Very interesting but can get repetitive. Puzzles 10/10 puzzles help with progression and earning skill points and loot Survival 7/10 no food and water stats, but food gives you some great buffs, farming and animal husbandry Combat 9/10 smooth combat, special moves. combat isnt super often but is fun when it comes up. Overall one of the best survival games ive played in a long, long time. building is a little odd at first but is easy after a bit of time. Gliders to travel and having a home that is an island that you can fly is really unique and fun. Edit: Sometimes hitting a crate doesnt work and can be pretty frustrating, its like you cant make physical contact.
I'm having a good time with this game so far. It's a fun and simple game. It isn't overbearing with eating 716 times a day like most craft/survival games. The building seems fun so far. The gliding around and flying the islands is really cool. It could stand to tell you a few more things, but other than that it has been a blast.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Perfekt für den Zeitvertreib mit Freunden
Bon jeu, mis à jour régulièrement, je me réjouis de voir son évolution
THIS IS PEAK!!!
I spent 53 hours and finished the campaign, I will give it a thumbs up if you do enjoy this genre of games, but I did really have to push myself a couple of times to keep playing.. so I do need to give fair warning: Overall Vibes:

I do feel like a transportable base is the most fun solution for most games.. and this one does work.. you can choose an Island you like and steer it around space.. that said it doesnt have anywhere the charm of Raft where you get to drive your boat around on the seas, the radio blaring.. its not the same.. but I still appreciate not having to remake bases all the time.
There is something missing in terms of the gameplay loop.. its not that engaging.. its more of a chore to have to clear yet another series of islands the same way as the last one, often with no usable reward (usually a dream fruit which seems to have no purpose as of yet).
Major gripes I hope the developers fix up:

Weather (Rain) - , this game is all exploring and jumping.. and if you do so after it happens to start raining.. you just fall to your death.. but even when I do remember to check the weather before jumping from my base.. I'm still not sure im looking at wind or rain.
Inventory Management - At a minimum, 'much' larger chests would help.. I found myself having to cross-check each inventory tab with each chest to see which items I could store, and my inventory was constantly full even being diligent like this. Also if the stone or wood storage for example could store say 999 in each slot or some such.. you should only ever need 1 of each type of storage type I feel, I ended up stacking 3 of each type, and building them essentially on top of eachother to save room.
Missing a Fresco (or knowledge/sailing/insight level) - I always seem to end up 1 knowledge or insight level below the content that I come across.. its so deflating.. I even made a 2nd game to try and catchup.. this just shouldnt happen, the game needs a way to self-correct instead of this constant roadblock that requires extensive backtracking/guessing/redditing... at the very least if the map would show all of the knowledge/sailing/insight/frescos and a tickbox yes or no.. atleast we would know what we had missed. I was fortunate to stumble upon a reddit post with a map of where you are meant to go.. do recommend grabbing that. Also.. would be amazing to be able to check the map at any time (not just at your base).
But still enjoyed it for the most part, its a great concept.. but I was also glad when I finished.
Hat paar Abende mich schön Beschäftigt, das Erkunden mach spaß!
Still needs works, but is quite nice already. I do recommend.
