Bought it on sale for myself and a friend of mine. It's fun to waste time on, nice references, smooth and simple gameplay and getting jumped by Daddy Xeno is scawyy

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

At its base can be considered bare bones and lacking content but if you delve deeper with a competent fireteam you can truly play the game as it was intended and dig deeper into its more deep mechanics.
Boring!
At the time of writing this the game is very much a dead game; with less than 200 players active you will most likely be playing with veteran players or needing to run with bots... we all know how that goes. Besides these facts the game is one I find myself always coming back to. Every class is fun to play and can stand against the hordes of Xenos or Wylan drones... to an extent. What makes it so much fun and keeps me engaged is the class customization. Yes you do have to do a lot of grinding to get not just your class but your weapons leveled up too (there is a prestige system also). With Xp boosts and a hunger to purge the variety of xenos this goes by fast. AFE also has one of the most unique ways to set up class play i have seen in my play career. With a grid pattern that you place different shape and sized perks in that built your personal play style. And these perks don't have to be from the current class you are playing, expanding the play and carnage possibilities! Then once you are set up all that's left is to drop in a mission and do as much damage as you can! If you do pick this game up, have fun and WATCH YOUR CORNERS! You'll see what i mean...
COOL GAME, W A graphic, I Hope This Game Still Exist & Not End Likes RE ORC, Please... Stay there's... I Hope I Can Still Play This Game, Not more Extinction. & Lost from My Life <3 ^_^
Alien: Fireteam Elite stands out as one of the strongest cooperative experiences set in the Alien universe, and for me it represents the natural evolution of the franchise after Alien: Colonial Marines. If Colonial Marines delivered the best single‑player Alien campaign, Fireteam Elite confidently claims the crown for the best co‑op Alien game to date. Atmosphere & World Design The game nails the authentic Alien atmosphere from the very first mission. Every corridor, hive, and industrial complex feels ripped straight from the films — dark, oppressive, and alive with tension. The environmental storytelling is subtle but effective, reinforcing the sense that you’re fighting a losing battle against an overwhelming xenomorph infestation. Characters & Classes The playable classes are well‑defined and genuinely fun to experiment with. Each one brings unique abilities and tactical advantages, encouraging team synergy rather than chaotic shooting. The characters feel grounded in the universe, and the voice lines, animations, and combat roles contribute to a believable fireteam dynamic. Weapons, Perks & Customization One of the game’s strongest points is its weapon and perk customization system. Firearms feel weighty and satisfying, from pulse rifles to shotguns and smartguns. The perk grid (skill tree) is surprisingly deep, allowing players to tailor builds for damage, survivability, support, or utility. Modifying weapons and abilities becomes a core part of the progression loop, and it genuinely enhances replayability. Combat & Mission Structure Combat is fast, brutal, and relentless. The variety of xenomorph types keeps encounters dynamic, forcing players to adapt on the fly. Missions are well‑paced, with a good balance between defensive stand-offs, corridor pushes, and boss-like encounters. The map design supports both strategic positioning and chaotic firefights, making each run feel intense and cinematic. Co‑Op Experience This is where Fireteam Elite truly shines. The game is built around cooperation — not just three players shooting together, but three players thinking together. Coordinating abilities, covering angles, and reacting to swarms creates a thrilling rhythm that few co‑op shooters manage to achieve. It’s the closest thing to feeling like a Colonial Marines squad under siege. Overall Impression Alien: Fireteam Elite is one of the best titles in its genre: polished, atmospheric, and deeply respectful of the Alien legacy. It offers a robust progression system, satisfying combat, and a co‑op experience that feels both challenging and rewarding. After finishing it, I can confidently say I’m excited for Fireteam 2 — the potential for expanding classes, enemies, and narrative depth is enormous.
