Being a survival horror, the game functions like a machine. But the simulation of intimacy with alien life, which can be experienced playing on the impossible difficulty or on the hardest, will be remembered for a long time.

10/10. Невероятная игра. Очень мрачно и очень напряжённо. Причём страх здесь работает довольно интересно: первый час ты действительно боишься буквально каждого шороха, а потом страх постепенно сменяется постоянным напряжением. Ты понимаешь, что вся станция буквально враждебна к тебе, и расслабиться здесь практически невозможно. Особенно понравилось ощущение прогрессии. Ты начинаешь практически беззащитным инженером, а потом шаг за шагом учишься выживать и получать возможность постоять за себя. При этом игра не превращается в обычный экшен — чувство опасности всё равно остаётся. Отдельно хочется отметить визуальный дизайн, UI/UX и, конечно, звук. Всё это настолько хорошо работает вместе, что атмосфера просто невероятная. И особенно впечатляет тот факт, что игру сделали разработчики, которые до этого занимались стратегиями, а Alien: Isolation стал их первым survival horror. И как же они с этим справились. Для меня это однозначные 10/10 — выше всяких похвал. Это невероятная игра, которую я действительно рекомендую попробовать всем, кто любит хорроры. Лично мне она понравилась гораздо больше, чем Outlast. В Outlast ты постоянно находишься в состоянии «шок-ахуй», а здесь напряжение ощущается гораздо интереснее и постепенно нарастает. И теперь я даже не уверен, что после Alien: Isolation вообще захочу пробовать Outlast. 😄
