Provide first aid, control the bleeding, check for pulse and put them in recovery position if you can. Do whatever is necessary depending on nature of the emergency.
Make decisions
Who to help first? How to do it the best way? By helping the wrong way, you can put other people's life in danger, or even your own. Think twice but remember - time's running out!
You made a bad choice? Didn't manage to save all the wounded victims? You have a chance to fix that! Turn back time and try again.
Find the reasons behind accidents
When you're helping someone, every second counts, there's no time for deep examinations on the reasons behind the accident. But at the end of your rescue mission, you'll be able to analyze the whole situation, pick up the pieces and find out what caused the accident.
Be a part of different rescue missions: from simple car bumps to serious chain-reaction crashes in various locations, weather conditions and even at different times. Gain experience and learn how to help people in real life situations.

Sadly, this feels and looks like a dead game. Dev's haven't added any new content since 2024 and I don't foresee this changing this any time soon. with that IS playable, it's pretty fun, even if it is only for like 1-2 hours. Some of the scenarios really do make you think. If they decide to add new scenarios or any content of any kind, at any time, I will gladly change my review but at this time, I simply CANNOT recommend this game to anyone.

I feel like, if I looked up the context of this game, it was made as an educational game to make people aware of what to do at an accident site, and how to handle emergency situations. If that is the context behind this game, and it was a government sponsored product, it is a massive success. ......If that ISN'T the context behind this game.... then it might be the most hilarious, fun, ridiculous game of all time. It's so ridiculous, At times, the MC is superhuman in their ability to move objects, at times they are stopped by mere planks. And I'm not even going to go into the "aftermath" screens. Again, if sponsored by some government or public awareness agency, it's completely understandable...if not, my god, the tragic storylines this game places on players immediately after rescuing people.... Absolutely enjoyed my playthrough.

A simple but fun little game. takes about 2 hours to complete the 10 levels, and the are all some flavour of the same procedure. Absolutley not worth full price though.
