This game is actually dope. I don't understand how it is not more popular. There is tons of character customization and unique ways to build your party, which for a roguelite, creates tones of replayability. I really enjoy the class system which is created from your left and right weapons. As the story progresses it also creates a unique situation where you pivot classes based on weapon level or sometimes really like the party set up and pass on weapons to continue with the class archetype or weapon skills. Another cool thing is the personality system which adds various bonuses based on the choices you make for each character. There are tons of decisions to make in the game, which tbh, is sometimes frustrating, but more often it just makes it fun. Great game overall if you enjoy customization, choices with tangible consequences and simple turn based combat that becomes more complex as the game progresses. Only quip with the game is the story is kinda basic. Very LOTR esq. "leave home to destory the ultimate evil corrupting the land" etc etc.
A cute, pretty fun tactical game about saving the world from oppression. Took a little bit for me to get the hang of it and I'm not sure how I'd do in hardcore mode, though now that I get how it works I'd probably try to go longer between long rests. You benefit from save scumming to roll for better benefits per encounter.

It's a so so game certainly not worth full price, get it on sale.
Eh, a lot more playable after overhaul. Some good systems and gamedesign, surprisingly decent writing and events; but also really clunky.
This game was just a big disappointment. It didn't really feel fun, and the concept was an interesting one but ultimately failed to deliver imho.
.
Found this from steam labs wayyy down to the niche category and immediately reminds me of For The King but with way more customization and story. This is a beautiful and criminally underrated gem and while the combat isnt the most complicated out there it is quite easy to get into
The story ruined it for me.
A unique experience, basically a series of choices intersparse with combat, with a pretty steep learning curve, and it's very easy to make a bad team with almost no course correction, a robust tutorial could help newcommers to ease the learning, in summary: Pros : - Unique premise - PC Build variety is good - Nice Replayabiilty, if u could understand the mechanic Cons - No tutorial - No course correction, wrong build halfway...restart - Currently no ingame halp, so many mechanic is trial and error Overall A nice experience, and with a good build a pretty rewarding game.
Quite a nice roguelike game with unusual mechanic where the personality have a great impact on the gameplay. It took me two playthrough to master it, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Great game made by a small studio.
